We had a screw in our tire and needed to get it repaired. Dan and the team were so helpful, they got us in and out so quickly all for a really fair price. We will for sure be back the next time we need new tires or repairs!

A couple of months ago stopped in because it was close and convenient for a repair to my golf cart tire. Clean, courteous and professional staff. Now need an immediate tire replacement and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Tire in stock, Proffessional fast service and a reasonable price. I won’t go anywhere else for tire issues.

Wow, Dan & his crew at Action Gator Tire are impressive. My husband brought multiple tires into them to get repaired and immediately fixed them both times. The fastest turnaround I've ever seen and extremely nice! Highly recommend them!! Thank you!!

I recently had work completed on my car. I purchased new wire blades, an oil change and tires from this location. Unfortunately, there was an error. Somehow they forgot to actually install the tires. They did replace the wire blades and they did complete the oil change. After noticing that the tires were not replaced I reached out to the new manager, Steve. He corrected the error as quickly as possible. I am still unsure if I will ever come back to Action Gator again. However, if I do it is only because of Steve. Thank you Steve, for taking responsibility for a situation that was not your fault.

Best service I have experienced anywhere for a long time. Dan at the front desk was friendly and offered that I could get an appointment later in the day or he gave me the option to leave the car and they might be able to fit it in (so I left it). They took care of replacing the two bad tires and finished well before the planned time. When I picked the car up, they had replaced the spare and the tools so the back of the car was in order again. Customer service organizations talk about being able to 'surprise and delight' customers. This place actually did it.

Called on Thursday to get quote on tire repair on passenger rear side due to having flat from nail. Was told tire repairs were $21.99 per tire. I had another tire with a nail but was at an angle and didn't appear to push through from 2 weeks ago on driver rear and had no leaks or bubbles or PSI drops when checked multiple times. Went today (Saturday 5/14/22) and arrived before 11 am to drop off. Mentioned tire that was flat and to check if nail in driver side was through. Arrived at 4:30 to check progress as I heard nothing all day to see them starting work on the driver side tire. They once never confirmed to me that nail was through or causing problem, they just drilled and placed plug patch. When I went to check out after 5:00 I was charged more than what was quotes as they said the quote I received was from corporate office and not their prices. I arrived with flat tire in bed of truck and spare on passenger side of vehicle. When I left, they just placed repaired passenger tire in bed and left spare on vehicle. As far as I can tell they didn't water/soap test patches to make sure no leaks, they just placed dirty nasty tires back on vehicle. At least I did see them torque test some of the lugs but can't be too sure. I have never arrived at a tire repair shop with a spare/donut, then left with same spare/donut on vehicle. They usually place repaired tire back in place of spare/donut and either place spare/donut back in truck bed (most commonly they place back under bed in holder) or in trunk at least when done. Will not be going back due to incorrect charges and customer service being poor. Would not recommend going to this location. Better service and honest pricing elsewhere...

Never had a bad experience here, personally. They have been helping me with my cars since I moved to Clermont, FL three years ago. Great and friendly customer service and awesome care. Highly recommend. Just came in again for some new tires and they handled everything like a charm. Great, courteous, caring people who get the job done right. I can’t talk them up enough. 5/7/2022 - Just came in for an oil change, and again excellent customer service. Nowhere else I would go.

Things aren’t really difficult here, compared to other places I been too , the wait is short , the services is amazing , the staff is very professional , attentive, and friendly, any issues with your vehicles, action gators tires , is only the place to bring it , Mr. Travis is ready for you to come in for a great car service !!

I bought tires online and went to action gator for them to put the tires on and balance them. They recommended I also get my alignment re-done with the new tires which made sense. I was initially annoyed because when I called I got quoted for a different price than at the register but luckily I had a 10% off coupon so I wasn’t too too bothered however when I started to drive home I noticed my car was pulling to the right. I went back to the automotive store to let them know my concerns and the gentleman at the counter recommended that they rotate my tires to see if that would help. I said OK I have time. I was waiting in the lobby for a few minutes when the gentleman returned saying “I test drove your car and there’s no issues with the alignment.” I was extremely annoyed because he did not ask me if it was OK to drive around my car AND alone without me being present. I mean what if he got in an accident?! I had no idea that he was going to take my car! I would’ve liked being in the car with him to see how the car drove and what he was doing when he drove the car in comparison to how I drove the car and what I was seeing and feeling. Basically I was told there was no issues with the alignment and they didn’t even try rotating the tires. So my car is still pulling to the right and I feel helpless that they won’t help me. I definitely do not recommend this place and advise that you go somewhere else where they will listen to you, ask for your permission before taking your car and are willing to drive along with you.

I bring my service van here for its service. Been a few times. I also have my wife’s cars oil changes done here. Service is always prompt. Employees are always pleasant and helpful! Building is really nice and well kept. No complaints at all. Would recommend!
