Had my sunroof destroyed on the Florida Turnpike by a rock, and saw my vehicle was not safe to drive, my insurance got me connected to Caliber Collision. Caliber got me in the same day and coordinated for the rental car for me and made everything feel simple. This team went above and beyond to fix my vehicle! The communication was the best I've experienced, and was kept in the loop every step. Customer service is tough, but they kept their game face on while obviously extremely busy.
