I was very impressed with the level of service I received at this UPS. We had several pieces of artwork and a furniture item to ship to Canada. Daniel was so helpful and service oriented. Our shipment was carefully packed and arrived in Canada ahead of schedule. The store was run very efficiently in spite of the heavy volume of customers and all the associates were patient and kind. In this day and age it is rare to get this level of service and we greatly appreciate it!

Horrible service since new owners took over about 2 months ago... 1st walked in and young lady was texting as she is helping me, not paying attention..I had to call her back twice to tell her the Amazon bag was not sealed. No organization to the line, its just basically who's next. Only 2 people working in there, one of which is the owner ( notary) , he is always busy notarizing so basically 1 person, and at least a 20 minute wait...AND NEW OWNER CAME IN BRAGGING ABOUT THEY ARE OPEN ON SUNDAYS( listed on door hours)10:30 -3pm I got there at 1:30 on 05/08/2022 and guess what, no one was there

I guess the gentleman working there is unaware that there are no more mask mandates in Florida for a long time now. Asked me to put my mask on, I said no thanks since I am vaccinated and on top of that they cannot require you to wear one in Florida. He said they require them so instead of making a big deal I just left. I can always take my business elsewhere. Great thing about living here. But I will be reporting them for requiring masks when you cannot do that anymore. Thanks!

The person there decided to scratch off places in my paperwork i needed notarized without asking. Which made it not valid for my needs. I still paid for his service bc i dont like to confront people. I just dont go back. If you are going to run a business, learn how to do things or not, specially with other peoples property.

My go to UPS store! They really take care of their regular customers. I can't rave enough about their customer service! Worth the extra few minutes of driving than dealing with the post office or rude employees elsewhere. Trust me I'm a reseller and have dealt with a lot of UPS stores.

The owner is pure evil. When my son who has the same name as me had a letter sent to my mailbox she not only didn't allow it to be delivered, she stood there and counted through each item when I went to get the mail to ENSURE that it wasn't included by mistake, as if she loved sticking it to me.. That was so uncalled for. Beyond disgusting

Went here after having trouble at another UPS store more North of them. I wish I had just come here first. Polite, patient staff. Their prices are fair and work impeccable. I will be going here from now on. They gave me no issues printing something via a direct email and notarizing it. Highly recommend this location.

I am a teacher, so I have relied on this UPS Store location for 5 years. They are wonderful to everyone and provide outstanding service! Their customer service is Above and Beyond. I have witness impeccable customer service. They get a few rude customers but I have never seen their staff become disrespectful. A GOOD example is a customer today... who was asked to kindly put on a mask....which prompted him to leave and return with a cloth-like contraption on his face. He yelled at the service worker who never responded and continued working to complete his request. He yelled at the owner and told her she must also believe in the tooth fairy. The manager explained that she was trying to keep all of her patrons safe and apologized to him that the mask policy was offensive to him. He left the store after having his request filled and threatened to write a Terrible review. The other Adults in the store thought ...wow that service worker and manager deserve a medal because they remained respectful and still completed his order. They try to please everyone. My AAA discount is honored and they give me excellent deals on everything from bulk copies to shipping supplies !It is a peaceful place on most days! Wonderful people ..my go to place for everything shipping or copying!!!!!
