Our new mail carrier has been delivering mail to wrong addresses. At least every other week, I have to walk next door to give her the mail. That neighbor receives mail from another resident too. I've talked to others in the neighborhood and same issue. We never had this problem with our former carrier. Once in a while, it's human to make an error, but not so often. this is from the Plantation office. I call. to complain to post master but it rings and rings, then busy signal then disconnects. This carrier needs to be retrained. It's too long and too often.

Something is not right. Many packages claiming to be delivered to the locked mail box that the carrier has keys to are not making it into the mailboxes in the apt complex. So what’s happening to them? Many people in the complex are having the same issue. Ummm ask your carriers. Zip code 33324.

A great post office to buy post stamps! They always have a great selection of stamps and the recent sets, specially for avid stamps collectors and post mailers like me. Great customer service. They are very kind and accurate with my shipping instructions and requirements. My envelopes get to the destinations on time, even within 2 days.

Do not go to this location no matter how convenient the location is. I have had dozen of packages stolen/missing. The management is never on site and investigations never performed. I think the employees are stealing the merchandise. You cannot get through on the phone. The line rings and someone picks up and just hangs up. I never receive a response via email. Resolution is IMPOSSIBLE!

The people in charge of my mail needs to pay more attention. They are delivering my very sensitive mail to a Business address. I have been at Plantation USPS office about 4 times about this issue. Today I am going again, to find out what is going on with 2 packages that appears as delivered . This kind of service is destroying the Mail Service and furthermore the retirement plan of employees.

I constantly receive mail that was addressed to my neighbors. In the past, I would re-deliver it myself. No longer. It’s not just one piece of mail; yesterday my box was full of mail for neighbors. A couple of months ago, I was waiting for a very important document that I never received. I’m sure it was delivered to the wrong address. I’ve tried to call and no one ever answers the phone. If this kind of service we receive for our tax dollars, it’s a waste of money. I doubt anyone will read this and reply. Thank you

Horrible post office always a long line that takes forever. All the post offices in ft Lauderdale do not have this issue. Branch manager is clueless here and needs to hire more clerks. This is ridiculous. People have dinner to make and other stuff to do besides waiting in line at the post office….

4 out of 5 because my last experience was actually pleasant. Robin helped me and she was very friendly (which is unusual for this location). They do have an automated mailing machine (which is usually broken), but was working as of Nov 1, 2016. Unfortunately they closed down a post office closer to me off of 595 and Hiatus. Be warned during the day, this place can be packed and a simple task and take 40 minutes. My advice, enable the traffic feature in your map to see if it's worth your time coming here.
