It’s a post office, obviously there’s going to be a line, but if you do your due diligence prior to coming you’ll find yourself with your package sent and a pleasant interaction with staff. Don’t be mean or frustrated with them and you’ll find everything will go much smoother, I promise!!!

Refused to ship my package because it wasn’t fully taped. I offered to purchase tape and they still wouldn’t take it. Waste of time, I get lines get long and places get busy but to turn someone away for tape..

Always horrible customer service. Require masks but this is the dirtiest place I’ve been since the pandemic started. Trash on floor and no sanitize stations. Clean your vents as breathing dust is definitely horrible for health..

I was today in USPS in Valencia Avenue in Coral Gables. I haven't been so humiliated and agravated in many years. They deny service without a mask, they do not have masks for people to use either. They have enough space to keep social distance with the customer, and even fiberglass protectors that separate them from the customer, but sitll they asked me to leave because I did not have a mask on. I had a shawl in my car and I used it to cover my face, so I went back to try to mail my documents. The USPS lady started helping me, but at some point when I was about to pay and was reaching out to my purse, my shawl slipped and my nose was uncover for few seconds. She throwed all the papers back to me in an agresive way and told me in front of all other people in line that I had to leave and she wouldn't help me at all. I fully understand the fears with the pandemic, but that doesn't give any organization the right to treat people (and customers) poorly.

I’ve been using this post office for decades. The turnover is pretty low and I recognize most of the people upfront. I’ve seen them be rude… But I have never seen them be rude to someone who didn’t absolutely deserve it. Nobody’s patience is infinite and I since I don’t expect it from even the swankiest business. Use ‘em. Just remember they, like all service workers, are people. Now… If we could just rate the customers we’ve seen…

It does sell the stamps, but only one style could choose for 45 cent forever. I don’t know why so many people give such low rating; for me, the service is good. Though it needs some time for waiting, it’s not too long, and the employees will ask what you need to save your time.

Had to come here to buy a couple of money orders. When I first entered the place it was almost empty, so I asked Paris that I needed a money order and she told me to go to the line in not a very nice way (That is why I'm not giving a 5). However, right after, Jose helped us in a very nice way and was very kind, helpful and said sorry about the inconveniences of making the line. Because of that, I raised my opinion about this place. It all comes to attitude: Paris (Bad person! Try to avoid her), Jose (Great guy and very helpful).
