I came to this small store asking for trading in my iPhone 10 for a new one. A middle age, Vietnamese speaking couple (the men with a manager nametag on) served me, checked my T-Mobile account. After that, both of them examined my phone carefully. Then, they told me that it is NOT possible, since the back cover somehow does not closes tightly as supposed to, and on the screen there is a small white dot. I explained that I bought this at an Apple store, as I’m not a tech savvy so I have been using it for 4 years, so any wear and tear is normal; otherwise why I need to trade-in then. The couple told me that they couldn’t accept since “T-Mobile technicians will check carefully and if found anything “unacceptable” they don’t let you trade in for a new one, but even will not return your phone”. It sounds something not right for me, so I politely thanked them and left immediately. At another large T-Mobile store in Garden Grove, a staff told me “as your phone is not broken and works, would be fine”. After 15 minutes, I got out with a new phone (13 pro), and the old one, so that I can have time to transfer all my data to the new phone and drop the old one at any Post office at my convenience. Nice, prompt and easy! So, sometimes, the policy and prestige of a big company like T-Mobile can be harmed just by an affiliated store, which works on their own rules and their own (low) standards!! Never ever come to this T-Mobile store!!!

Can't help but notice almost all the positive reviews are three years old or older. Don't believe me, check it out for yourself. Currently I, like other reviewers here have experienced BAD customer service. The T-MOBILE Rep. wouldn't even take my number to pull up my existing account. Claimed they ONLY sold new phones, meaning T-Mobile stores in general don't service phones, when trying to replace my screen protector, that I pay extra for their protection plan to have done as needed. I even had to double check it I was in a T-MOBILE store, as even the Metro PC stores had made the transition already. It was plainly obvious why he said that, as they didn't carry enough inventory on their walls, if they did offer it at this location, so while this particular employee was both rude and ignorant of what the rest of T-Mobile does at their retail outlets, I quickly walked out, as there was no reason to want to do any business with them, whether they were servicing an old account, let alone giving them any type of shot at being rewarded for new business.

BAD for not stepping foot on in the store. I spoke with Anh. Was very hard to understand her at first. I got off the phone with T-mobile's customer service after doing a plan check and was advised that not all stores accept trade in for older phones w/existing lines. I had gone to 3 T-mobile locations already around the OC area. T-mobile advised me to call the ones nearby to me today and ask if they accept trade ins for older phones on existing lines. Not new lines. Anh answered and I proceeded to tell her I was calling her store after speaking w/Customer Service. She kept advising I come into the store. I emphasized that I don't want to go to anymore stores unless for certain, they accept older phones and I can get credit towards a new phone. She didn't really give me a certain answer and continued to explain they needed to check my account. I felt maybe it was the accent/language barrier so after going around in a circle I asked to speak to the supervisor to get an answer to my question. To which w/o hesitation (or checking) I was told "she busy". Ok. I could see I wasn't going to get to speak to anyone... So then I said "ok, i might come later. Can I get your name?" To which she responded "what that for?" I explained to reference we spoke earlier today and you said you might be able to honor the trade in. "Yeah but we need to check your account." This happens about 2 more times and finally she responded, "I told you already, "Ahn". Oh geez. Bad customer service. I won't be going in. They lost my trust before I could establish one. I would've looked on Yelp but I can't find them there either. I will be sure to write a Yelp review about this as well once I am able to.

I always go to my agent at this T Mobile location and his name is DẠT. Until last week I was there to paid my prepaid phone card and he was over charge me and I asked him to call to the customer care service to fix the problem he made but he didn’t help me for that . He really has very bad service. He just wants to take money from customer and after he took the money already he doesn’t care about his customer. I’m not recommend to this agent.

I highly recommend this store, especially Sylvia. She's been very helpful and super friendly. She works hard on giving you the best deal and explain everything in details. My friends and I are all very happy with the services here.

Don’t go here unless you’re trying to wait 30 minutes just to pay your bill, while the store employee has his own family there as well. The other employee let someone else before me as well. This place is understaffed to the max. The only reason why I came to this store was because I couldn’t make an online payment. Other stores would’ve had me out in less than 5.

Whenever my bill is due, I stop in to my favorite T-Mobile store to pay it. The store manager Kellyn, knows me by my name and is always there to help me. She answers any questions I may have and, when I upgraded to a Note 8, she took care of all the details. T-Mobile provides me the best customer service I have ever had from any company I've ever dealt with. This is why I will always be with T-Mobile.

Employee was either not informed or did a bait and switch on purpose. My mother in law came to get the free clear stadium bag per their T-mobile tuesday deal on the app. The representative told her has still has the bag but she would have to buy a bluetooth speaker to get it. She called me after she couldn't get the rep to honor the T-mobile tuesday promo. I told the rep that there was no fine print requiring any purchase to get the bag. The rep read the info on the app and even clicked redeemed on it. He even admitted to the app not saying anything about having to purchase for the promo to apply, but he kept telling me their system at the store requires it. This clearly is not the case as I was able to use mine to get one for the mother-in-law at another store without having to scan anything. The rep at another store was handing them out as folks were clicking redeem on their phones. This is poor service that wasted her time, my time, and her ability to get the bag since the employee redeemed the coupon on her app but did not honor it. POOR POOR SERVICE. Either he was very ill informed or the policy of this particular T-mobile store was set up purposely to create a bait and switch from this promo. Will not be going here for any of my services again as I do not trust them to be properly informed about other service or honest about policies.

Just switched cell phone providers from AT&T to TMobile, customer service was awesome, thank you Jon and Kelln, able to get three new phones, kept my numbers from old provider and my service is half the price!! #Winning
