Khiem was so unprofessional I was first time getting service sign up because cricket wireless has better deal than any other carrier, I was asking about promotion the iphone SE and android but it seem IPhone was have better deal for me and I went for it. After the transaction done I was so excited surprise and getting my phone start up and then khiem was help me to set up everything for me as I let him too but the only down side is as employee you have to do what customer request not what your opposing against customer I bought it with my money and I just want use the phone as facetime to call but khiem make it so complicated. After he register account for me and do verification he did way too fast I have no idea what going on with my phone and then he blame on the phone that isn't working with the account and I was like are you sure is the phone or it's because you doing too fast and not patient on the customer? he start frustrated and giving attitude out I wasn't happy with how I'm being treated I thought this store have good representative but probably bad luck im getting an employee that unprofessional and not doing their job Properly.
