I’ve been renting from Extra Space Storage for a long time now. I have nothing, but great things to say about this company and any of the employees that work for them. The facilities are always so impeccably clean and the employees that I’ve dealt with weather in person or on the phone are very knowledgeable, helpful, respectful, and caring in every way. Pricing aside, this location has been fantastic. Clean easy to access, easy to get a new unit in a touch less way of that is import. The attendants have been wonderful and very accommodating.

Had my unit for about two months before there was a break in. Management informed me and a group of other individuals that this wasn't the first break in this month - yet they never notified anyone that they were having an issue with security. They DO NOT LOCK THE BUILDING DOORS that house the storage units --- they say that the fire department needs access to the building and that people can't get trapped inside. The police department however, says that if the fire department needs to get in, they have the tools to do so and that it should be locked. Management also said that all renters need to contact the police individually and file a statement to obtain the surveillance videos and that they would not contact the police on the renters behalf. The thief targeted specific units in which there were small electronics, paperwork, personal information and photographs, etc. They are probably looking to commit identity theft. Management just said they were sorry but that it's up to their corporate office to make any changes at their facility.

Fantastic service and communication! Clean, no damage, NO PESTS. I misplaced key and needed my storage open ASAP- Bill got me to my belongings the next day! Great establishment and staff!

I'm glad I found a truly honest and reliable storage locker everyone there is amazing, the gave us a free Lock. I was going to go out of my way to get one and the staff said no need to we GOT YA!!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT.
