I have been there 11 years with multiple spots. I am one of the MANY moving out! Current management creates the most unfriendly, unwelcome atmosphere ever. They “Fine” you for any infraction they can. She “fined” me $1500 once when my helper spilled some RV tank water. Another $50 because we forgot and left our RV charging overnight. They will fine you $100 if you’re a few minutes late out of the gate. We have had multiple break ins into our RV and feel it’s just not safe to stay anymore. If you want to feel safe, welcome and secure with your storage, go somewhere else.

Miss Debbie is very pleasant. On the many occasions that I have come in, never have had any problems with her. The storage facility is always clean. ALWAYS. She does her job very well. We need more workers like her. Thank you Miss Debbie!

Terrible customer service and horrible communication. Management doesn't talk they yell and get in your face and laugh at your questions. The lady with the short hair is the worst she deserves to be unemployed with the way she talks to customers. I regret spending a single dollar here and after my experience yesterday I'm already getting a different 30 foot unit at another location and making plans to move my stuff. Avoid at all costs

I very seldom give a company one star but I truly believe that this company is gouging. My rent has doubled since 2018 and I have gone through 3 different owners. The new owners seem to believe that $300 (previously $240) for a single car garage size storage unit is reasonable. Inflation is not affecting them like other industries. I will be moving soon. Very disappointed…

Location is good that's about it. The employees are rude and prices are high. They seem raise prices every year meanwhile the quality of service gets lower and they act like they are doing you a favor. It is always a guessing game as to if someone will be in the office even during business hours. Problems at location include theft, break in's, and fire, and if this happens to you they are not liable in any way. I have been using this storage location for the past 7 years. I am done, the customers deserve better!
