Great experience renting a 10 foot truck and car carrier for a long distance move. The location was clean, tidy, and well organized. We worked with Kim who was efficient, kind, and so very helpful getting us set up with the truck and car transport. She answered our questions with knowledge and patience. She observed us having a bit of a struggle and came back outside to share guidance on how to safely load and secure our vehicle. Kim's thoughtful and professional assistance gave us a boost of confidence as we began our moving adventure. Thank you Kim!!

This review is long over due, i had a last minute enquiry for a 26ft to vegas and there is nothing available at other rentals trucks ) Penske wich i normally rent from them. The Manager ( Kim ) was able to find me a truck right away at another location near by, at first( i thought, she will not call me back at all )she goes out her way for customer, and she could just have just said to me , i am sorry dont have trucks available at all. But instead she did called me as promised and got me a 26ft truck and i was able to get to vegas ! Amazing customer service! Top notch. Thanks again Kim.🙏🏼

Lady who was at the register to check out the vehicle was rude and was “too busy” to come out to the truck. After driving a block, I noticed the gas gauge was slightly less than 1/4 of a tank. Thank God I pulled over and took a picture, just in case. So, I checked my email and the checkout lady neglected to send me my receipt. So, I had to call haul and have them send me a copy of the receipt. When this happened, I noticed that it claimed the fuel gauge was at 1/2 tank. So, I let them know this on the 1-800 number. Then, when I returned the vehicle a different lady (who was nice) took the keys and I showed her a picture of the fuel gauge with mileage of the vehicle evident on the same picture. She took a picture of my picture and supposedly uploaded it to my bill. She told me not to worry. Then, I received a $60 added fuel charge on my bill even though I returned it with MORE fuel than was originally in the vehicle. Avoid this place at all costs if you can; it’s an extra hassle to have to deal with the dishonesty and rudeness of this place and then to try to call customer service/the bank/etc. to try and straighten things out and get billed the correct amount. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

I've been getting propane at the North Hollywood U-haul for 10 years and have been happy wih the friendly professional service until tonight. The store closes at 7pm and I unfortunatley arrived at 6:45 pm and ask to get a propane tank filled. One employee claimed the pump was broken while the employee at tht pump said the propane pump wasn't broke, but that they were closing. I was turned away without having my propane tank filled.

I was given excellent customer service from Taaven Jones. He treated me courteously, with the utmost respect and made me feel like a valued customer. He helped me out with some issues I was having on my cell phone with the mobile pickup making sure everything went smoothly. It's nice to get good service like that. Thank you!

Another Uhaul location did not set me up properly for my tow, but even though this location did not have the proper tools, they had the manager come to help me and resolve all of the issues, absolutely going above and beyond. Throughout my whole experience, I felt that we were all part of a team and that is huge for a positive customer experience. Thank you TJ and team!

The manager ignored emails, and never called back. I went in 4 times because I also had a storage unit. EVERYTIME I went in there was no one inside and it took 15 to 20 minutes for someone to show up to get my key so I could access my storage unit and they gave attitude as if I was bothering them when they finally showed up. So. Basically avoid this location don't use their storage and don't rent uhaul trucks from them. They will charge you extra days and not refund them even after showing the turn in date and time because "the manager is not in" ever.

As far as Uhaul locations go this one is not terrible. Service was quick, not overly friendly, but professional. Showed up at 7am to pickup a trailer and pulled out at 7:15am. I had already prepped by vehicle so it was an easy process.
