Yet again, poor customer service, essential equipment for SIM card management isn't available or broken and staff is fast to send you on hikes to other stores. This is becoming a pattern with T-Mobile stores. Staff is dismissive and act as if you bother them.

This review is for Diwan. I came in in the middle of a work day to upgrade my phone as I need my phone to work from home. I was nervous as I thought the process would take forever and I might not be able to transfer all of my data, but Diwan got me in and out with a brand new phone in less than an hour, even though my old phone was completely dead. She wouldn’t help us at all, she simply said “We don’t handle that, you have to go to a different store.” My husband has a broken ankle and it’s difficult to get around. We got great service at the Las Feliz store and found out that this store most certainly should have helped us. Just skip them, there are plenty of T-Mobile stores who will actually help you.

Diwan and Bertha solved my phone problem and also switched me over from Sprint to T Mobile. So everything works perfect now! The amount of trouble shooting they did was impressive. Very kind and positive too. Thanks again!

At 7pm there were only 2 employees & at least 5 clients. They did not have time to do their outmost. Plus a short, bald, black bearded guy came in & out so many times without MASK & with his angry barking dog, I am not sure if it was a poppy husky & the T-MOBILE employee did not ONCE ASKED HIM EITHER WEAR A MASK or, LEAVE THE DOG OUTSIDE!!!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!

Terrible customer service especially Monique who gave me wrong information and sold me free line with SE phone half a price on thanksgiving day. I saw my bill that T-Mobile charge me $50 more. I went on Saturday and talked to Monique. She said you have the cancel the line and pay full price of phone. I did not believe that this is the same person. I said do you remember me? She said yes but unfortunately you are not eligible for free line and I cant help you. I was shocked and asked her call your manager to fix it. She refused and I was on T-Mobile line for one hour and thirty eight minutes. Finally after four hours talking with customer service he recommend me send back the phone. That’s very very frustrating experience for me with this store located on 105 E Alameda.
