Today, I went to this T-Mobile for help In upgrading my Apple phone. I have been with Sprint for almost 18 years. But, now that T-Mobile has taken over Sprint, we can only go to certain former Sprint stores. We had no wait at all. A young lady served us. She was helpful and courteous. She gave us as much information as she could about what we can expect in the transition. We felt like our lives mattered to this employee. Her customer service was par excellent! If you are a crossing over to T-Mobile from Sprint you should check our my new best friend Ellie. She is a refreshing.

I came into this store and Angie Molina immediately greeted me. I was so lucky to get her, she was knowledgeable and made sure that I understood everything. I had a lot of questions. She was patient and I could tell she wasn’t just trying to make a sale. You can tell she truly cares about her customers and has strong work ethics. I walked out feeling like a made a friend, she made something that I typically DREAD enjoyable. My only complaint is that the system kept kicking her out. Sprint and T-Mobile should have their IT fix this.

I unfortunately went in to this location to ask about my options after losing my iphone over the weekend. I came in with money to spent for a new phone if I needed too. But From the get-go I told Milton and the Jefree(I think he's a supervisor) I told them I was " technologically behind" basically I don't understand how iCloud, internal storage and other logistics work and I wanted to know what would happen to my photos..but they were very quick to give me one word answers and when I was just needing more clarification they seemed annoyed. Jeffrey even at one point made fun of me for telling them that I was just having a hard time understanding. Like seriously?? I am very disappointed in this store and their customer service. This is the closest one to my home but I will not be returning... horrible.

I wanted to buy an iphone. I stated I had the money but wanted information first. Whoever answered was totally uninterested in helping me, rather since I have a prepaid plan, I should just go to Walmart to buy a phone.

I just left after 30min of not being helped or even acknowledged. It's upsetting that this is the closest sure to me. Please retrain your employee's
