Steven was beyond amazing when assisting me to get a new phone, helping me pick the new phone and figured out how I could save on my purchase. I got a new iPhone 13 (mine + my daughter) my daughter wants pink but it is not in stock but he find out pink for me. I could not be more pleased with his professional and amazing customer service. he is friendly & will make you feel welcomed.

I don’t normally write reviews, but on today’s experience I must say that I had the best customer service! I hadn’t yet arrived inside the store, and the employees were already well prepared into welcoming me and ready for any help that I needed. For instance, Silvia (one of their employees) was so sweet for helping me understand how their policies work, she didn’t hesitate to answer any of my questions, professional in handling things. If she were to get graded in regards of customer service, I’d give her an A++.
