OMG!!!!!! Whats going on with the employees????? They are rude and pretentious. One guy alone on Memorial Day was so bad on his customer service that I decided to go to other place to make my things. Tell him we all have problems and hi is not a real diva. Omg

This is my local store, so I thought I would check it out. I told the rep that I had an issue switching the SIM cards on my phone, and he proceeded to pop the SIM cards without turning off the phones (pretty sure you aren't supposed to do that?). Then started to take a razor blade to the SIM card that didn't fit - which I appreciate might solve the problem, but he didn't ask me if it was okay. Needless to say, it didn't fix the problem, and then I was concerned it wouldn't fit back into the old phone. I did in fact get a "Your SIM card was dangerously removed from your phone error" when I popped it back in. For ten dollars he said he could replace, but by then I didn't trust him. On my way to the corporate store at at Wilshire and Western. Fingers crossed. I was attended to quickly though, no wait.

Because my card on file was restricted by my bank causing my autopay to be declined I walked into this to make the payment. The female representative said I didn't owe money. But I did, and I called customer service right in the store and allowed her to hear that information. She still refused to accept my payment. She showed no consideration for me as a customer. Nor any regards for my account have payment issues. She never fulfilled her own duties as a AT&T employee to provide any resolutions either. Just plain no good service at all. I would never recommend this business to anyone else.. Since making this review nothing has been done

I've been with att before was very satisfied and happy had uverse internet at the time. And now hopefully b able to get minor adaptations to our phones so we won't be on 2gb via Boost mobile. Hope for the best,b so greatful to use phones like normal again 👍

Came into the store right before closing(not expecting to be helped but I was) I am happy I did! Gentleman was very nice and respectful and helped me set up autopay even though he had an racist customer call him out of his name. I had just walked in as the rude customer had called the rep a nasty racist term I wish not to repeat on any format. I truly applaud the rep Brandon for his patience and professionalism. Times are crazy enough with this pandemic to have rude and disrespectful customer harassing workers who are putting their lives on the line to come to work. Great staff!

I went into the store and was a victim of commission fraud. We careful going into this AT&T they are franchise (prime) according to the store manager if I even spoke to the store manager. I went in to change my number but the rep added a line to my account without my permission and created a new number saying it was a number change. I was also denied the number or email to their district manager. I will be following up with this. Be careful if you go in.
