Angie is amazing at customer service we calle your customer service line and they gave us the worst advice and were very cold, rude and did not know what they were speaking about. Angie reassured me and my employer she could help us and get patience is impeccable and her caring nature is on the highest level of professionalism. You guys need to hire better customer service people on your phone lines and like I said Angie is the best in store thank you Angie! Give that girl a managment position!

I had a wonderful experience with Angie. She helped me resolve my network issue by bringing up two solutions. One of the solutions utilized she got it to me free if charge because it was an AT&T network issue that had been complained about from different customers. Angie also showed me how to lower our bill which was extremely helpful. Great associate, thanks Angie!

the worst service ever from at and t. i have a go as you go plan and need a new phone. The young lady told me the can not sell me a new phone and to go Best buy. I called 611 for help the representative was amazing telling me i could get a new phone. I am not sure about this lady at century city .... to be honest she did not appear to be interested in me getting a new cell phone

I had the BEST experience at the AT&T with Marilyn and Angie. Marilyn sat with me with such patience and positivity throughout our time trying to set up a new device. While it took time because of the process, Marilyn made it incredibly easy and took care of everything I needed help with. Angie topped it off with advice on how to finish setting up the device and waited till we finished to make sure I was all set. They were absolutely stellar and I will definitely come to them in the future for any device and cellular needs.

I visited the store 12/17/2021 in the evening. I just bought an iphone at the apple store and they couldn’t activate it there and recommended I try this store. Angie greeted me right when I walked in and helped me set up my phone. She was so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. She even let me sit down and wait for my phone to turn on to make sure it was working properly. THANK YOU ANGIE! Highly recommend this store.

Beware this bootleg AT&T store, and AT&T retail stores in general! They claim to they can’t help you if you bought something from an “AT&T Corporate” store because they are a “3rd party affiliate”. I have an idea, make “3rd party affiliate” part of your logo so the distinction is clear. Staff very rude and not helpful. Manager couldn’t come out because she was “on her lunch”. This store is a disaster. Go anywhere but here.

Jamie was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. She was upbeat and explained everything very well. She reminded me why we are with AT&T in the first place. She ensured that we got the best value and helped to get our new plan implemented easily and quickly. She is absolutely an asset to the team at the Century City Westfield location!

worse customer service. The women agent "Nat" was helping us. She was not knowledgeable about the AT&T services and trying to sell the product that I did not need to buy and she was telling me I have to get it for the services that I want. She did not explain the new addition to my existing and later on I find out that she added insurance and Auto renew service which I did not ask for it. She did not want to give me a copy of the receipt for my existing iphone that I am giving to AT&T for buy back and I had to beg to get a picture of paper to have a proof that I gave her my iphone. At the end, we need to upgrade two phones and she only had one available, so she send us to Apple store to get it there and she insure us that we get the same deal in Apple. Totally wrong, after waiting in Apple store for 45 min, we find out that we cannot get the same deal in Apple store.
