Such a great experience! Amazing customer service, we sat and talked for a few minutes after my phone was repaired and Nancy is such a kind person! She walked me through at least 6 options and helped me find the cheapest one, plus cleaned out my speakers for no extra charge! It’s the best customer service experience I’ve had since I moved to LA and was truly a blessing to my day and my wallet:) ~Ham

They were able to fix my Samsung Galaxy 10.1 tablet screen when Ubreakifix could not (Ubreakifix did not have and could not get the parts). The price they quoted over the phone is exactly what they charged except they forgot to mention a small shipping fee due to ordering the parts. After I dropped the tablet off, they fixed it within 24 hours. The screen works well now. Shaun is a very friendly person. I would go here again. ~Chris

OMG!!!!!! Whats going on with the employees????? They are rude and pretentious. One guy alone on Memorial Day was so bad on his customer service that I decided to go to other place to make my things. Tell him we all have problems and hi is not a real diva. Omg ~Domínguez

I had the BEST experience at the AT&T with Marilyn and Angie. Marilyn sat with me with such patience and positivity throughout our time trying to set up a new device. While it took time because of the process, Marilyn made it incredibly easy and took care of everything I needed help with. Angie topped it off with advice on how to finish setting up the device and waited till we finished to make sure I was all set. They were absolutely stellar and I will definitely come to them in the future for any device and cellular needs. ~Hayley

I give them 3 stars because their customer service and product knowledge is awesome, BUT, whoever does the scheduling SHOULD NOT be doing the scheduling because there is a store full of people with only TWO workers! No consideration taken by the Manager of the TIME it takes for an associate to show and explain new phone features and pricing models, etc. So that leaves customers just piling up and getting frustrated. As was I. But again, GREAT customer service, but terrible managerial foresight, (assuming it be the Manager who makes the associate work schedule). Bottom line, expect to wait. If you fly through, awesome, but come in expecting to wait. ~Donald

I came here Friday at around 5 pm and meet the laziest guy in the world. Told him show me the phones he was telling me about, looks at the phone and seads we don't have them , ok. I asked about different plans ,he gave me the wrong information looking all tired because he had to type stuff 😁. So I decided to leave took my business elsewhere. ~Efrain

I don’t normally write reviews, but on today’s experience I must say that I had the best customer service! I hadn’t yet arrived inside the store, and the employees were already well prepared into welcoming me and ready for any help that I needed. For instance, Silvia (one of their employees) was so sweet for helping me understand how their policies work, she didn’t hesitate to answer any of my questions, professional in handling things. If she were to get graded in regards of customer service, I’d give her an A++. ~Sarah
