I came here Friday at around 5 pm and meet the laziest guy in the world. Told him show me the phones he was telling me about, looks at the phone and seads we don't have them , ok. I asked about different plans ,he gave me the wrong information looking all tired because he had to type stuff 😁. So I decided to leave took my business elsewhere.

I walked in to buy a USB C to lightning cable. They charged me but they said the transaction did not go through because their device died and did not produce a transaction number. I checked my bank account and it showed a pending charge. I told the guys there it’s already pending on my bank account. They said that it’ll drop off and needed to charge my card again. We charged the card again and got my receipt. I asked for a phone number in case I have issues. They said they didn’t have one, which is wrong. Why wouldn’t a corporate retail business not have a number? They said if I had issues, I could call T-Mobile. I called them after seeing the double charge on my account a day later. T-Mobile corporate could not help me and said I had to go back to the original store, which is a complete pain since I’m not local and on travel.

The employee that helped me was very nice and transferred over all the data for me. The manager was also kind because he explained the plan all in detail. I came here from a friend's suggestion and I am so glad I did. There are also many Korean speakers so that makes it much more comfortable for people who can only speak Korean.

Absolutely horrifying experience. Customer service was absolutely appalling. I came into this store just to buy a phone and to have the rest of the day to myself. Came in, made the deal on the phone, they told me to wait 2 hours..so I did. Everything seemed okay at first. Although, let's keep in mind, I did explain that I didn't need to transfer anything to my new phone because everything was already backed up in my icloud and I was very busy that day. But they still told me to wait 2 hours. Okay fine, it's the least I could do as a good samaritan. Then, I come back later to pick up the phone, and as I am about to leave. A worker stops me and suddenly says that my phone doesn't qualify for a trade-in because of a minor scratch on the top of the phone. I didn't see this before, neither did the worker. So yes, this just proves that it is very minor. Then, the worker tells me that the manager is TEXTING her about the price to fix up my entire screen. Not even a refund or a sorry??? Hello?? The manager was there present, hiding in their facility and not talking to me about it in person. Really dude? You, first, waste my time then two, put the responsibility on the worker, then three, inform me that as the customer I should take full responsibility and pay extra money to get my phone fixed for a trade in offer that is CHEAPER than getting the phone fixed? I had to directly tell the worker to bring out the manager for me to finally talk to him. I told him, so is this my responsibility for your mistake? And he replies with, "Uh, well you do have to get it fixed then we can give the phone to you" I ALREADY PURCHASED THE PHONE??? Anyways, please do not go to this T-Mobile Dealership. Terrible Manager. Would give zero stars, but the worker seemed like a nice person so I wouldn't blame the workers too much. Cheers, Very Angry Customer. And to just test things out, I literally went back and forth from the store and out to see what he would do, and every single time I would walk back in he would just coward back into his little storage facility. Reporting him to the T-Mobile HQ. Although I don't know what they would really do. Probably just a slap on the wrist to be honest. But let's be real, this dude does not qualify as manager. Dude, just take responsibility and be like a REAL manager. TALK TO THE CUSTOMERS AND LET THEM KNOW WHATS GOING ON. STOP MAKING YOUR WORKERS CLEAN UP YOUR DIRTY WORK.

Wow. Just wow..would give this place a zero star if I could. The supposedly "manager," which I think his name was Jonathan or something like that is so rude, and is just so bad with customer relationships. Trust me, as a person who also manages a couple of stores throughout LA and NY, this guy is just so full of himself and cannot operate a proper business. He is a fraud that tries to take in extra money for himself by charging you extra "hidden costs." I don't know what t-mobile was thinking when hiring and or working with this guy. DO NOT go to this dealership. Horrendous.

STORYBOARD

It is a place where no stars are a waste. To sign up and return two unused phones to attract new customers, you are asked to pay the machine. It is said that if you do not pay the machine price, you need to refund the money you received as promotional credits. Is there any customer who can accept this story after a year has passed without prior notice? This is no different from fraud.
