Nice location, great service. Bought a brand new iPhone and walked out the store with it working and able to make phone calls/ texts and backed up perfectly fine. Would highly recommend for the service. Luna (his dog) put a smile on my face while I was waiting for the phone transfer. Top tier. Told me over the phone he’d throw in a free screen protector and he ended up throwing in a case for free.

I took my phone here to get my screen replaced and immediately when trying to use my phone it was acting weird doing weird things almost like someone else was controlling it so I rebooted it, it was then a little better so I tried it for awhile but still noticed things weren't right and still every once in a while it would really act up like someone else was controlling it. So I called the store "I was a little upset by now" and the guy said he couldn't have done anything other than replace the screen because I had a screen lock on. I'm not necessarily saying he did something but it's SURE IS VERY Coincidental considering my phone worked perfectly before this!!!

They were able to fix my Samsung Galaxy 10.1 tablet screen when Ubreakifix could not (Ubreakifix did not have and could not get the parts). The price they quoted over the phone is exactly what they charged except they forgot to mention a small shipping fee due to ordering the parts. After I dropped the tablet off, they fixed it within 24 hours. The screen works well now. Shaun is a very friendly person. I would go here again.

The parts look good and everything, but after getting my phone repaired It cracked several times, and buttons stopped working. Everything looks good, but from my experience, the replacements aren’t genuine.

I dropped my iPhone X and broke the LCD causing vertical blue lines across the screen. I took it to Shawn and he gave the best service you'll ever get from a repair shop!!! Fixed my phone in 30min tops with a new screen! Afterwards he went the extra mile to turn on WiFi calling settings (which I had no idea about), updated my phone, and gave advice about my data storage. He was patient with me and showed so many great options for a protective case and screen protector and ended up buying a speck case from him too (student discount included!) He was not overbearing at all in terms of selling me the products and you can tell he really is just trying to help you! Lastly, the price was reasonable. ~$180 for both the screen repair and labor with a student discount and my phone works good as new! Went to this shop bc of the other google reviews and they sure weren't wrong ! :)) Thanks Shawn!

I had an AMAZING experience and they helped bring my essential laptop back to a better than ever condition! The turnaround for the repair was very fast. The price for parts and labor was very acceptable. The bonus was having Shawn oversee the interaction. The quality of the work was very high. My computer has never run so smoothly, even after Dell repaired it 3 years ago. I have only PRO comments to make. No CONs!!! Communication was excellent at every phase, and they reached out afterwards to check that all was going well. I highly recommend them! My experience in detail. My amazing little 2012, i7, 2-in-1 touchscreen laptop had a leaking screen that was slowly going dim. Since Windows 11 is coming, I did not want to buy a new laptop with similar functionality that would be over $1,300 or get one that was subpar and would be out of use when Windows 10 expires in 2025. Bedsides, mine is still one of the fastest computers I have used. Dell said they no longer make the screen replacement and could not help (they replaced the screen for the same problem 3 years prior!) I could see there were aftermarket screens I could buy and put in. But could also see it would be technically challenging. So, I stopped by Image Wireless and talked with Shawn. He was cautious about the aftermarket replacement screens, which I appreciate. He found an acceptable supplier for the screen and let me know the cost before proceeding. I also needed to increase my SSD main drive size and he verified the feasibility, then identified a drive that meet my needs. After approving both items, they ordered them and quickly replaced the screen and cloned my system to the new SSD. For over a month now, I have been using the repaired computer for everything from demanding scientific analysis to watching films. The screen and computer actually work BETTER than before!

I went 2 days ago to get my screen fixed after it completely popped off! I had gotten a replacement one a week earlier and the home button stopped working and there was a tint on my screen. Shawn knew instantly what the problem was and had a technician begin work on it right away. He was very professional and extremely nice. He offered to fix my home button, and upon realizing that he needed to get a different one, he gave me a generous discount, and called the next day to get it fixed. He returned the old screen so I could get a refund from the site I purchased it from, he updated my phone, assisted in freeing up my storage, and gave me great tips on how to keep my phone protected. I would recommend this to anyone in the area looking for a reasonable price and outstanding customer service. Thank you Shawn!

I am beyond thankful for Shawn and the technicians here. They are trustworthy, timely, and respectful. My laptop (2016 MacBook Pro) completely died, and other computer stores quoted me anywhere from $350 to $600 for the repair. I dropped it off to Shawn for a free diagnosis, and he called me several times the following day with updates. Amazing communication. From there, I only had to pay $150 for a complete service, which ended up fixing the laptop. I did not even lose any memory from my hard drive. It was a wonderful experience and he truly seems to care about his clients. I highly recommend.
