Great customer service from Hugo Godoy! Had answers too all my questions and also gave me information about items that I didn’t know had certain features that I was very interested in! And left with more then what I went in for and I also got a high speed car charger that was completely worth it!! I highly recommend this store! For the record I been to all the valley stores I’m from Burbank and Hugo knows what he is talking about!! And I didn’t wait too long there for there service, I was in and out with everything activated and ready to go!! The 5g works like a charm for my sons Gaming and watch is super cool for times like these gives a parent a peace of mind! Thank you Hugo

Not normally the type to leave reviews but honestly, the service here was not ok. I walked in at 6:30pm when the store closes at 8pm and found the front door to be locked. The employee approached the door and initially shook his head as if telling me they were closed but reluctantly let me in anyway. As I came in, they gave me an excuse that they locked the door because there was a weird guy roaming around the area which, cool, understandable. I proceeded to tell them I was looking to buy a new phone and after telling them which one I wanted, the employee told me they didn’t have it but proceeded to take my information anyway. After taking my info, the employee started saying that their system was down and that he would try to work with it, again, cool with me. But then, after checking out my account, he noticed that a line in the plan had been canceled and he told me that because the line was canceled, I couldn’t make changes to my account for 90 days after. He told me that because the line was canceled, I no longer had “credits” in my account to buy the phone I wanted so that I would have to pay the full amount or wait the 90 days? I knew that wasn’t correct cause 1) the phone wasn’t for the canceled line, but my line 2) my current phone had already been paid off for a couple of years and 3) no one informed us that this would happen when we canceled that unused line. He then told me they didn’t have any promotions so it wasn’t worth for me to buy a new phone anyway and the other employee also agreed with him. So whatever, I walked out because I knew they didn’t want to help me and there was no use in arguing. Fast forward a couple days later and I went to the Wilshire & Vermont store to try again. To no surprise, they gladly helped me finance the phone I wanted, no questions asked, and even gave me the promotion of $400 for trading in my old phone. Since my situation was a simple, easy going case, they also did this all in about 30 minutes. Like I said, I don’t write reviews but honestly, the employees at this T-mobile tried to play me like I was dumb just because they didn’t want to take in more customers. Not cool and very unprofessional, especially considering that there was no one else in the store. Definitely will not be coming back to this specific store and will be advising anyone I know to avoid this place as well.

Had the BEST experience here! Just switched to T-mobile from being with ATT for over 25 yrs. what a huge contrast! The customer service at this store and over the phone support was beyond what I expected. They genuinely want to help you out! and they were super friendly (Which I’m not used to from my experience from my last provider LOL ) Luis and Brittney helped me set up my new account. They were both super helpful and help set me up with T-Mobile. If you’re deciding to make the switch…..DO IT! Way cheaper then what I was paying and way more helpful! THANK YOU for making the transition a painless experience!
