I give them 3 stars because their customer service and product knowledge is awesome, BUT, whoever does the scheduling SHOULD NOT be doing the scheduling because there is a store full of people with only TWO workers! No consideration taken by the Manager of the TIME it takes for an associate to show and explain new phone features and pricing models, etc. So that leaves customers just piling up and getting frustrated. As was I. But again, GREAT customer service, but terrible managerial foresight, (assuming it be the Manager who makes the associate work schedule). Bottom line, expect to wait. If you fly through, awesome, but come in expecting to wait.

Every time I go to this store is always the same thing so I stop going . After a long time I went back again. My screen was crack and the Apple icon was stuck in reboot. So i waited 30 min before being help. They gave it to the technician to fix. I get a called 20 minutes later for him to tell me that he couldn’t fix it because of the motherboard and when he plug it in to the system the phone wouldn’t let him. So to do a claim online was my best option the employee said. I did a claim and I took it the next day to the sprint in Commerce. This technician got my phone up and running in two hours. I was so happy. Im not going back to this T-Mobile store again.

T-Mobile is not very informative nor helpful in helping you to understand their contract. Plus, they do not know how to solve problems concerning the purchased phone from T-Mobile. One customer is at the service desk for an hour more. I left and went to Boost Mobile, I feel like Tony the Tiger when I go to Boost Mobile, Their Greattttttt!!!!!!!!

I went for a quick leisurely stroll on this particular day. Most days I like long, hot days and prefer to take my time. Today, however I was in a bit of a hurry to finish my transaction and then jet back out into the beautiful weather. I have been here a few times before to this particular T-Mobile so I like to greet the guard with a quick smile. I was helped immediately absolutely no waiting! Chris was my TMobile rep. and off to the races he went to help me take care of my transaction. Chris literally finished everything up within a few minutes and I was done. Thanks again for another terrific TMobile experience. The only thing that caught my eye was the pair of "Beats By Dre" headphones in black with the gold logo - My pair's logo is in black - Do I need to grab another pair already? 🤩

On the way to feed my dogs I stopped in at T-Mobile Century and main in Los Angeles. I spoke with Christopher and he resolved my issue Brought me way as I waited. My faith has been restored in T-Mobile because of his kindness. The entire staff on this shift were friendly considerate even under trying circumstances with a few difficult customers. They smiled and Represented T-Mobile with true professional attitudes. Thank you ! 👍😃

The experience here for me was quite different from all the other reviews. I had a good time pre ordering the Note 7 as it was sold out throughout the entire region according to one of the employees from the many stores that I called. I was assisted by Chris who was beyond helpful- Looking around the store it seemed that the entire staff was attentive to all customers needs.

By far the worst customer service Ive experienced at t-mobile ! You just come in and they just stare you down , dont even ask if you need assistance, we had to ask for it ourselves and immediately started giving us attitude. Dont dare and ask for help to a hispanic female employee short curly hair with a mole on her face . You will definitely come and give her a one star for horrible customer service.
