I have been going to this location since 1983, even before it was bought by CVS. I have five prescriptions there now. All the staff (store and pharmacy) have always been helpful and courteous to me and my wife, and to any other customer I have ever observed in the store. I am posting this because I see some negative reviews; I just want to say that for close to 40 years I have treated the staff with respect and the staff has treated me the same way.

I have a prescription I can’t get refilled. When I first went through the drive thru after transferring to this location, the person just said “we don’t have it” and didn’t offer any other information as to why. Now I am between calling my doctor (a whole different story) and calling the pharmacy and getting hung up on immediately. I understand they are busy with covid, but maybe they should at least answer to see what the problem is before hanging up and providing no help whatsoever.

Wish I could say it was due to staffing issues but this pharmacy has been consistently bad before covid and during covid. Other locations have been better but this one is so bad that we are looking to leave CVS all together.

Terrible pharmacy. Yesterday and today they haven't been answering their phone. I called corporate customer service to complain about their inability to simply refill my prescription. Corporate pharmacist told me that this pharmacy was "short handed". He admitted that was not an acceptable excuse. These are medications that people NEED. If I treated people this way in my field I would be fired. I am STILL waiting for my prescription, maybe at this point they're doing it out of spite. Two days. Disgraceful, and I will be switching to Walgreens.

I have been on wait for 25 mins to just talk to pharmacy on phone for some information and I was unable to do that even after all that hold time someone picked up the call and hung up immediately. After that I tried and talk to the supervisor in the front and he said “I am sorry I cannot make pharmacy pick up your call it is out of my hand”.I was unable to get the name of the person but was a male voice and was working on July 3rd at 6.30 pm. Like this is not okay I needed to ask them only a question and what if I had an emergency question and was unable to make it to the store ? Someone needs to address this situation and solve it

Got an automated call, on the 12th, saying my prescription can't be filled until the 12th, which makes no sense. So I called and was told it can't be filled until the 13th (today.) Today I called and was hung up on. Then I called back and was told it can't be filled until the 14th. Get your story straight! This is not the first time I have had problems with this pharmacy. Never had a problem with CVS until coming to this particular one. The staff is extremely rude and do the bare minimum here. I had a prescription for eye drops several months ago. I got a text saying it was filled. Went to pick it up, was told come back in an hour. Came back an hour later, they didn't even have it in stock! Then they just handed me the paper prescription and said try another pharmacy. Called another cvs and they were happy to call around to other pharmacies for me and see which ones had it in stock. I'll be returning to my old pharmacy because it is worth the longer drive to never deal with these people again.

Worst CVS pharmacy in town, and so disorganized. The pharmacists lead by example, however; in a poor way. I've literally have never been asked "do you have any questions for the pharmacist", or ever offered a flu shot. Whomever is the district manager should take notice.....dysfunctional to say the least. AVOID this place trust me. Very rude associates in the pharmacy. They talk to you like you are dumb to put it nicely......

I have traditionally gone to cvs over other convenience stores in my life, however this stands out as one of the worst cvs stores I have ever been to. After being told 15 to 20 minutes to fill a prescription I returned an hour later where I was told they were still working on it, and then was told they only had 1 done and that it was another 20 minutes for the second one. But that I could also come inside and get it over the counter. However I was sick and could not go inside. Staff was completely clueless and unhelpful.
