It's unfortunate that it's not possible to give zero stars because that's what this location absolutely deserves. I was considering Enterprise as a banking institution but I will be taking my business elsewhere. My financial institution doesn't have a brick and mortar location in the area and Enterprise's threshold for processing OTC transactions is higher than most other banks in the area. With that, I went to this location out of convenience due to proximity and their banking policy related to customers that are with other financial institutions. No customer should ever be subjected to judgment by any agent processing a transaction. The agent asked me highly inappropriate questions that I felt were extremely judgmental and not in any way related to the transaction whatsoever - the series of questions were asked AFTER the transaction was already completed. I can't believe I was told that these questions are "common practice" by Enterprise or let alone by any respected financial institution - questions I've never been asked by any other financial institution EVER. This is just smoke and mirrors for the employees to profile certain customers. How shameful. Response to the owner: As I stated in my original review above, the series of questions that were asked of me were completely off base - they had nothing to do with validating that it was a legitimate transaction/ detecting fraud/safeguarding customers' interests. Please do not justify your agents unprofessional behavior.

The landscaping there is horrible. They're constantly blowing piles of dirt and debri into the road towards (at) traffic! They should find other means to clean the area.
