Associate who was involved with my order being the wrong size, was matter of fact at best. His attitude..... "It's your fault, you submitted the wrong size( no I didn't), so we are not going to reimburse you your delivery fee, and I don't care that you spend thousands of dollars every year with us, there's nothing we can do. Have a good day.

Like many Americans I have shopped in various HD for decades. Service was better years ago when real trades people were hired. There are some things that can only be found at HD, such as HDX black containers that out perform other brands. But lumber is better quality at Lowes. Some sheet goods, quality 3/4 plywood might at times be a better price at HD, but you have to shop both locations to find out. At times it is easier to get HD to cut up your sheet goods on a panel saw.

I worked a summer here a while ago and unless you bust a gut here, don't expect a lengthy career. I did a great job here with extra work whenever I had downtime and they got rid of me because of a temporary position without hiring me but they kept a lot of other lazy workers. The computer training is a waste of time cause they taught managerial stuff to a basic employee. And the managers talk to me like they're literally reading an instructions cue card... like I'm a human being that knows how to work. Just lousy

Well what can I say it's a big box store has everything prices are usually pretty fair but not the lowest but if you want to get out go for a day of shopping for your garden your home this is the place that has everything but not specialty items I really love the home Depot I bought most of my kitchen from here and decorated most of my outside from the home Depot they are easy with returns even without a receipt as long as you have the card you use to purchase it they can actually find your item there have been a few times where I couldn't find help or I couldn't find what I needed or they just didn't know that hasn't happened often but it does so be prepared to find stuff yourself and figure out what you need I still love home Depot I prefer it over other big box home improvement stores I don't know why maybe it's because I like the color orange hahaha

Prices are higher for some things than Lowes. Doesn't carry outdated parts or store chains parts for some furniture parts. Does offer similar parts if in stock. Helpful ideas tho. Helpful staff

Home Depot in Seekonk, MA was awesome. I walked in and there was barely anyone in the store. Within minutes I was helped by someone to ring me out. I placed an order online and she went to get it at the back. I waited maybe 5 minutes and there she was with my storage rack. She said thank you very much, and then asked if I needed help.
