Great hardware store. Close to downtown Excellent staff. I lost a set of key yesterday and got a whole chain replaced for $10. Plus, they have RV keys.

One of the bigger Ace Hardware stores on Cape. Much better selection than most. But it's location on Main St Hyannis is tough to get to at times.

I entered looking for a specific small ratchet for screwdriver bits, to work in a small access. Sandy assisted me. She understood what I needed, but at the usual location where similar small tools were, we had no success. She apologized for not being able to help me. I chose to stay and have a look at the extensive inventory they offered on display. About twenty minutes had passed, when she found me and presented me with exactly what I wanted. She thought I had l gone, but was happy to show me my sort after tool that she located. Now my weekend project can be completed. Thanks for your diligent assistance, Sandy.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. Bradford's has a a long history of quality service. Their locksmith department is also well known. I have always found the items I have been looking for.

Wonderful service! We wanted a Weber grill , Mike was very helpful and knowledgeable and Nannette was as well. We bought a grill, it was the same price as home depot but the grill was fully assembled. A great experience

Nice local well stocked Ace hardware store. Besides the usual hardware stock they have a large selection of cleaning products. Good key making and paint department as well.

Great store. Prices can be a little high but they make up for it with customer service. Already a pleasure to walk in with my dog. She is always given a treat! Its a small gesture but to me, it makes a big difference!

Excellent service the only problem was is a girl a redhead and another kid at the register they seem clueless but everyone there was very helpful everything you needed was right there and reasonable priced the only reason I mentioned the lady was clueless cuz she's walking with me and I said my wife needs a barrel the plumbing guy is going to help me and I don't know what she said she can come up front and ask and I said you're standing right beside her well anyways Bradford's an excellent store a couple of clueless people but everyone else is great

What a huge store! wow! So many things to buy in it! I even got lost haha! Erin & Carol were so nice and friendly! Gary from the paint department is also a nice guy! so helpful! Great customer service! Good job guys!
