Two of the last 3 times I took my dog in to get her nails ground they only cut 3 of her 4 paws and they did not grind the nails rather than cutting them. The 3 people behind the counter looking at their phones wouldn't give me a reason as to why they wouldn't complete the task that I had paid them for. I'm going to have to start taking my dog get her services and food to another less convenient place from now on. I understand it's a big retail chain, however their should be a minimum level of professionalism

Went in for some fish filters. The staff was very helpful and ended up teaching me alot. I learned and got answers to questions I both was curious about and never even thought about. Great experience

It's my "go to" store for my dog. Always loved their nail trims and ear cleaning every month. Now that my dog is aging, they have the tools to keep her safe and comfortable in the house and car. Products are well stocked and easily available.

Went for Summer Demo Days. I made an appointment. They weren’t set up and didn’t know about my appointment and didn’t want to give the the 20% off offer I was supposed to receive for making the appointment. When I asked for it, they treated me like I was a liar and didn’t want to take the time to see the email.

InOrdered online, pulled up in my car, picked up order. They loaded it into my car. I have trouble walking some days. This was amazingly helpful and such a relief. I get a panicky feeling if I have to walk all around a store to find something. I hang onto that shopping cart tightly. I am forever grateful for this service! 🙏

I have been taking my Newfoundland to Renee at Petsmart in Hyannis for Grooming for over six years. She is wonderful, thorough and patient. Very attentive to his needs and sensitivities. She keeps him looking like a show dog even though he isn't. She books up fast, so make your appointment far in advance.
