Multiple appointments for nail clippings and they always take the pups in right away, never a wait. They're very good with the dogs and you can see them work behind the glass. Pups never return traumatized! (They have been a bit dramatic at other K9 salons)

Sam did an amazing job grooming my yr old labradoodle that can be a little squirmy. The rest of the staff was helpful and pleasant while I was waiting for him to be finished. Highly recommend.

Store is falling apart. Dead mouse in the corner, empty shelves, what they have out is in annoying plastic bins. They have had a major staff overhaul and lost the two knowledgable people they had working. Now they have a new team that knows nothing about the products and aren’t nearly as friendly. This was my favorite place but it has drastically fallen.

I always have a great experience shopping here. The selection of toys/food is excellent and the staff are helpful. Their groomers are wonderful too - and also patient enough to work with my very difficult cocker spaniel.

Love this store! The manager Natalie is so helpful! She helps out if you have any questions with anything from food, leashes and collars, to grooming! Five stars in my book!

We love Loyal Companion Beverly. The staff is so welcoming and friendly and have been with us on our journey since we brought our leonberger home 1 year ago! I head there for all supplies as well as their self-wash bath station. My dog, Bruce, loves the employees (especially Rosie). I highly recommend heading there for any pet needs, as they are very knowledgable!

LOVE this store! The staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable! When I was getting a new puppy and feeling pretty overwhelmed, they answered all my questions, provided great recommendations, and even walked through the store with me helping to pick out what I needed. They have been an excellent resource.
