Just stopped here on our way home from a wedding. The people working there hate it so much they make you super uncomfortable by yelling at you, yelling at each other and slamming doors and chairs around. Even the manager seemed like he would go off the rails any moment. I understand life these days is tough for us millennials but these people made me feel in danger.

They’re out of chicken breasts often which make me mad every time when I go there and can’t have what I would like. But the food is good. The chocolate cake is very good.

I have to tell you about the incredible experience I had a KFC. I know it sounds like wow KFC how can it be incredible but I’m gonna tell you I waited in the drive-through for a few minutes but somebody in front of me who asked 1 million questions but eventually they moved on. I moved up to order, My usual items. But they didn’t have them but I understand because it was late at night. The girl that was on the microphone offered some substitutes and said that essentially all they had was Taco Bell. Wow it’s not my favorite it is acceptable and the way that she expressed it to me was that it was going to be very good. Once I finally took hold of my beefy burrito and took my first bite I couldn’t have been more excited. This was about 11 o’clock at night she was friendly energetically engaging and has certainly caused me to want to come back. Thank you KFC and Taco Bell!!!

Ordered online. Only received 10/16 of my chicken pieces, all the thighs and half the breasts were missing. The drumsticks were lollipopped with no meat connecting end to end. The wings were tangled up in weird mangles not bigger than my palm, all with shattered tiny bones. Did not get our biscuits. Mac and cheese had aged hard bits on the top of both containers. I could not get a hold of the restaurant at all. I ended up having to go through the online agent to get a half refund. Very annoying. I understand there are potential supply issues but the lack of communication is unacceptable. A simple call explaining the situation, offering substitutions or a partial refund themselves, would have gone a long way. Even just answering the phone after the fact. There are a lot of local, very good fried food based restaurants in this area. I was hoping they would be attempting to keep up to par but we've learned our lesson. Won't be ordering here again.

This the worst restaurant rude, people including the manager. I ordered online came to pick my order when i went in the manager didn’t believe me and tried to get me to pay her again. Even after showing her my receipt that i had paid. She was rude unapologetic It took another employee to get her to finally admit it. This could be the last Kentucky fried chicken on earth i woudl never set foot in it.

Waste of money the tenders look like chicken Mc nuggets small the fries are gross if your gonna spend more than 10bucks for this meal you better off going to thr store and buying a rotisserie chicken ..Fkfc

So disappointed. Hadn’t had KFC in years and certainly won’t be back here. They only gave us 11 pieces in our 12 piece bucket (of course leaving out a breast) and the chicken pieces are half the size they used to be. The legs are the size of wing legs and the breasts the size of thighs. And what used to be a zesty “original recipe” tastes bland. Times sure have changed. And whomever is working here needs to take a basic math class. And for $40? Shameful.

Man this is the second time I’ve ordered a famous bowl from this location and they’ve given me burnt corn and gravy when all I wanted was no popcorn chicken then tried to argue with me what was wrong with the order after opening it up and showing them just pure burnt corn that was cold and tasted funky. Kfc what is this please ?!?? check if the orders are correct before sending them out to the customer

It would be cool if somebody took apart the drink machine and washed it sometime this decade because the soda tastes like black mold since at least 2016. honestly your job isn't hard, and at least one of you should be better at it. Also the "tacos" are uneatable I wish I could give zero stars go to the Thai restaurant across the street instead

I give 3 starts because you always have to check your order to make sure it's correct.u did an experiment with not checking my order a few times and always had to go back to store and I explained to them it's important to make sure all orders are correct and I showed them how many times they give the wrong orders to try and make it easier for there customer's and there workers.i know you end up new help all the time but I think it needs more training.thanks for reading
