Good store. Kind of confusing

I like this Giant Eagle. It is more professionally run than most of the Giant Eagle stores in the area. I enjoy shopping and working here despite the fact that I live closer to a different Giant Eagle store. I would recommend Seven Fields if you are interested in applying to work for this company. I am glad the management at this store has give me a chance and has allowed me to be cross trained as a Cashier in addition to a Lot Attendant.

I am so incredibly upset by this store. I go here very often and have never had an issues until yesterday. I ordered my daughters 1st birthday cake and this is what I got.. $48.00 I wasted on this. I was in such a rush with her party I didn’t see the cake until I got home. The picture wasn’t even all together, line down the middle and bubbles of fondant all over. The fondant tasted awful! So so upset I wasted that much money on this…

I had a low blood sugar experience yesterday at the Seven Fields store and fainted at the register. Employees couldn't have been more kind and supportive. Heather and Zach are the 2 names I recall. They provided me with apple juice and offered me food. After sitting with me for quite some time, they even offered to drive me home. Another person (I believe Sophia) walked me to my car and loaded my groceries. I believe she was a customer. I just can't praise these people enough for their kindness.

Good quality produce and fresh meats for great price. You should never waste your time buying canned or Frozen products, unless it's shrimp Lobster or puff pastry. And that's only because you can't get them fresh

It's your average giant eagle, the butchers are very friendly and have some very good specials, as well as exclusive items for the store. It's always very clean and everyone is very professional.
