I entered looking for a specific small ratchet for screwdriver bits, to work in a small access. Sandy assisted me. She understood what I needed, but at the usual location where similar small tools were, we had no success. She apologized for not being able to help me. I chose to stay and have a look at the extensive inventory they offered on display. About twenty minutes had passed, when she found me and presented me with exactly what I wanted.
