What a wonderful experience we had working with Century Carpet & Creative Floors! The showroom had a ton of great options for hardwood flooring and Naomi was very helpful with explaining all the options we had and let us take home samples to decide on. Gene came out to measure our space and we quickly got our quote. Andrea scheduled our project, and everything was right on time! The contractor did an amazing job installing our floors and we are so happy with how it all came out! We highly recommend Century Carpet and Creative Floors! Naomi and Andrea are absolutely wonderful to work with and always quick to respond with any questions we had along the way!

Okay, now that all the photos have come through: Century Carpet was super-professional, and extremely patient as our two young girls picked their own carpets, and also explained what each version was and why it cost more/less. They came and took out the old padding and carpet, and put down new ones after sweeping out all that dust and dirt from the nineties! We're definitely planning to use them again when we get our own rug done!

We had a wonderful experience working with Century Carpet & Floors! When we went in to pick out carpet and vinyl flooring for our new home the staff was very helpful at what type of flooring to choose for each space (vinyl plank vs glue flooring) and how the carpet colors may look different in different lighting. They insisted on us taking samples home which ended up being really helpful and changing some of our final decisions. There was a slight hiccup with the warehouse not having some of our choices in stock but Katie and Naomi were quick to get us back in and help us figure out what was in stock and would arrive in a reasonable amount of time. The installation process was a breeze and there was always a great cleanup where it seemed as if no one was even there. Everyone was responsive and everything was completed on time long before our deadline. The vinyl floors themselves are beautiful, very durable and feel high quality. The carpet is plushy and goes great with our new wall colors. We will be using them again in the future for our kitchen floors! I would recommend to anyone in the area looking for floors.

We went to Century Carpet to purchase and install carpet in our home. Beginning with Katie (Sales) we felt very comfortable and confident that she had a good handle on what we wanted, and was mindful of our parameters. She listened carefully to make sure that she knew exactly what we wanted, and she set about to find it without pouncing on every chance for an up-sell. She is fantastic, and we can't say enough about her. From Gene (the owner) who came out to measure the space, to the installers, everyone was polite, engaging, and professional. We will most definitely use Century Carpet for our next project. These folks are the best!

These are the nicest folks! We had a pipe burst recently and Katie was able to match my existing floor. Gene came out to measure, what a gem!!
