Went to Lowes Milford seeking help in the plumbing section. I was impressed by Roger and Mike Kelly's assistance. They were both friendly, professional and extremely helpful. Hard to find nowadays in many stores.

I bought a fancy a couple weeks ago, l told then l was going to pick up next day, because l need to have a truck, then when l got there , nobody knew where was my stuff…. One hour late they figure out they had put all my stuff back to sell . On 06/30 /22 l bought a BBQ grill for my party on 07/09/22 supposed to be delivered on 07/06/22 then nobody shows up, l called and they said will be delivered on Sunday 07/09/22 after my party ! Look like nobody is getting there job serious.. l am só disappointed with this store …

Our washer and dryer of all of 5 years died basically, purchased from this Lowes. Meet with the Assistant Manager Tim Newell. Explained I was disappointed and understand the "wear and tear" on them and needed another set. Without going any further, he agreed to work with us and make sure we will be pleased after we picked out a new set. We were more than pleased. He went above and beyond in customer service and was very professional. Reason why I continue to shop at this Lowe's. Thank you!!!!!

Given the limited choice between Lowes and Home Depot, Lowes wins, hands down (for me). They clearly show appreciation for veterans, even going so far as to dedicating premium parking spots. The department personnel are generally more "seasoned" and more knowledgeable. Inventory more closely matches that which is shown online and IMHO it is a more satisfying shopping experience. The Raynham store is overall, great.

Had an issue/confusion with an order that I was pretty upset about, and Mike (a manager) went above and beyond to make it right. A second manager (Shannon) also followed up to further clarify the confusion and make sure I was happy. I appreciate the professionalism of both managers.

What a fabulous Lowe's!!!! 👍 They have so much stock and I found everything that I was looking for. I could not believe how good their garden Center was. I wish that I knew a long time ago. Horrible! Management needs to go to training on how to treat disabled employees. Manager Andrew should be fired. Completely rude to us and refused to relay a message to the general manager. Disabled people have rights. Take the extra mile down the highway to Home Depot! They don't discriminate

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE. The worst customer service and deliver I’ve ever encountered. A MONTH later and I’m still dealing with their mess up in my delivery. I’m being charged double and Store Manager Tim is a liar and Assistant Store Manager Mike is incompetent. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE!!

I ordered a bathroom vanity with sink and countertop and the cabinet came damaged. Totally fine, I get it that stuff happens. What wasn’t ok, was when I called lowes. The woman who answered was rude and transferred me to plumbing. The plumbing associate told me to call the general line back and ask for a manager, which is also fine. When I called back, they answered.. stayed silent then hung up. I called again.. they picked up the phone and hung up instantly. As someone who works in customer service, my team would have heavy consequences if they did this. So while I love the product, the customer service was horrible.
