We love it here, we have been taking our car here forever. Get her nails clipped here too so she won’t hate us forever. Everyone is very friendly and we love the owners dogs who greet us.

I had a really bad experience there, I only wonder if I look different than others (Spanish). Customer service it’s not great. My dog it’s a husky he is tried but not 100%, but that does not mean they can treat my dog however they want!!!! I love my dog, and I will never go into a place that you’re not WELCOME!!

I had a wonderful experience with Milford Animal Hospital and loved Dr. Augusto. I brought my cat Gus there last year for dental extractions, and the team was great and the price was reasonable for sedation, x-rays, and 4 extractions. We just went in for a sick visit, and the staff got us in right away, the vet tech was so kind, friendly, and compassionate to both myself and my cat. Dr. Augusto was thorough and had such a calming demeanor. He answered all my questions and provided several treatment options. The adorable dogs walking around greeting people and spreading cuteness were the best part! We love it here!

We have been coming here for a few years now. I have 5 dogs so I’m always calling them with questions and appointments. They always take me in even if it’s a last minute thing. Very friendly and reasonably priced. Highly recommend!!!

Dr. Jonathan Augusto Misdiagnosed my dog three times. But it is how he handled the matter that is not acceptable. This is what we were told: First Visit: " I Don't Know What Is Wrong " (and sent her home with antibiotics) Second Visit: " I'm Not Sure What Is Wrong " (and sent her home with antibiotics) Third Visit: " I Don't Know What Is Wrong But It Is Not Good You Need To Bring Her To The Hospital Right Away. Why, Why. Why, would a Dr. Say he does not know what is wrong and not send her to the hospital the "First" time? If any human Dr. sent a patient home with an antibiotic saying on three different occasions " I Don't Know What Is Wrong And They DIED He would be sued for Millions !!! This is the Kicker: As soon as I arrived at Tufts Veterinary Hospital they said right away: "This is common in German Sheppard’s" (it was cancer) and they rushed her into an emergency surgery. They said it was too late and that there were tumors all over her stomach bleeding. Dr. Augusto could have saved her if diagnosed the first time. He was found guilty by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Division of Professional Licensure (Office of Prosecutions) WARNING: He Should NOT be allowed to practice anymore!!!
