Went to this branch as I needed Notary services, and received a very pleasant customer experience, no charge. Manager Michael Connell was very helpful. Would go back if I need something in the future.

Had a wonderful experience here. Had an employee greet me and asked if she could assist me with a smile. Service was quick and friendly. Had to actually take care of an issue with my account and one of their personal bankers was very helpful in assisting me. Gave me wonderful details on mortgage information. Plan on going back there for any of my banking assistance.

Filed a complaint on Friday (fraudulent charge on a debt card). On Monday found out by e-mail that Santander has a hidden secret phone # where they actually DO answer the phone and quickly resolve the problem and pay the valid charges outstanding and issue a replacement card in 5-7 days. Still 2 stars for not answering the first 5 times.

Horrible experience. I agree with the individual that stated that are deceptive because they are. I had done a legal name change in 2015, and had the court document and current drivers license to prove it. Two banks I had at the time including all my credit cards had zero problem with having a copy of my court document and license. It’s now 2019 and we’re in the midst of buying another home. I should not have to explain to a mortgage company why one out of my three checking accounts is a totally different name. Yearly I would go in and their customer service would say I had to send the original doc to their Boston mass branch. This year I complained because I desired to know why the original had to go to Boston. I got the manager “Gabriel” who states that they can do it. Apologized when I did come in for his intern messing up, however I did ask him how long he’s been a manager and he said a while and I conveyed I went in there yearly and never could get it changed. He apologized for his staff not doing it. However what he did is went to the executive office where I complained told them he did a formal investigation (I have that letter) and that I did NOT ask for my name to be changed? That’s funny because he apologized for the man who didn’t and for the years prior. Why would I keep an old name at only that bank if they’re weren’t refusing to do it at the branch. This bank and manager and his executives are deceitful and do not know what they are doing imo. Find another bank.

Loan officers are deceitful. They have hidden fees and when you have an issue such as having you box of checkbooks stolen out of the mail, they walk away and not only dont help, refuse to acept any accountability for allowing checks to be cashed at their branches and thru their own bank app!!
