This bank is the worst bank I've ever had to deal with the female bank tellers that I dealt with couldn't have been more rude if they tried. Extremely extremely unfriendlyAnd I highly recommend going somewhere elseUnless you feel like being treated like a piece of dirt

Easily the worst branch citizens has. Not one person in this location knows what is going on. 3rd time going in and now I am told they need yet another document to open an acct. Very unprofessional atmosphere.

I'm only giving this one star because I think you have to choose it before replying. Do not waste your time going to this place. I had the worst experience. I literally had to tell them my whole business with customers in line behind me. They took my info and finger print to tell me I can't cash the check. I went back 2 hours later and was able to cash it from a different person with no issues.

I have bad really bad experience in that branch . I’m costumer for more than 5 years and I ordem a check pay $27 fee has 2 months, never come I have be in touch whit manager, and everyone. Nothing happened. Not good!

All I wanted to do is cash my check here because I work far from my bank and I am unable to get direct deposit. The teller asked me why I didn't just cash it at my own bank and why I didn't just open up an account with Citizens Bank. Then I had to explain my business to her which I didn't feel comfortable doing. I agreed to pay seven whole dollars AND have my finger print taken before being told that they can't cash checks made outhe by Bank of America. No other bank has done this to me.

Big shout out to Angie Snow at the Milford branch! It is a great branch, and Angie is such a wonderful person. Moved out of state and still held on to the local account because of Angie's exceptional service. Very friendly, very helpful. Things just seem right when your request is taken care of in one call or email.
