i tried calling this place a few times on May 29th to reserve a 10’ foot truck kept getting an answer machine really Bob this isn’t the 80s so I went online to reserve one there God only knows why! I got a text from Bob to call to confirm as I did within seconds only to get yet the answering machine! Then I received a text from Bob that my truck was canceled That they were going to give me a cargo van instead! What a snake! So today at 4:10 pm I went online to cancel yet I missed his call that if I didn’t call back he was going to charge $50! Don’t think so as my bank will get my money back! Who rates their own website? As Bob did two years ago and recently in May! Avoid this clown as he was one in high school! Bob(Lumpy)Motuzas

This is the absolute best U-Haul dealer around. The customer service is exceptional. The rental process went quick and easy. If they do not have what you need, They will find it for you. Constant communication from start to finish. They had all the boxes and moving supplies we needed in stock.

Made reservations 24hrs ahead went to pick up uhaul & found out they had double book truck. Instead of honoring my reservation that was made first they wasted my time after charging my credit card!! Very poor customer relations that caused hardship on my moving day. Go to Budget Rentals they saved the day!

Filled the uhaul with over than what was required for gas and still charged me $25. Overcharged me by about 25 dollars for mileage as well because I went over the "estimated Mileage" turning my charges into 99 cents per mile instead of the standard. I would never, ever do business with these crooks again.

I called a dozen other truck rental businesses, including other Uhauls, before finding Bob. He helped me find options no one else did to solve a last minute dilemma. A little customer service goes a LONG way in my book, thank you Bob!
