Worst customer service at the pick up location. Told me to call customer service and walked away.

They have a small rotating fleet of trucks and vans, efficient and friendly. Also they are a gas station, service garage, they have a small convenient store and sell propane at reasonable price.

Do not listen to their website or hours. They actually are only open until 5:00. I got a call today the day before i was going to pick up my uhaul stating it wasn't even here, and this place is only open until 5:00. Customer Service was completely awful, but I believe that might just be at their HQ. I talked to someone named Kelly who showed no remorse. She was a disaster. I figured Uhaul would train their employees if they were in support. Guess not.
