I didn't rent the car, helped with a turn in. Couple ahead of us took over 40 minutes to Rent as they would go to Canada..... all we needed was 10 minutes for key 🔑 return.

I have rented with Enterprise multiple times now and I have never had such a bad car Unfortunately I rented at closing time on Saturday. The car looked decent from outside It was not cleaned from inside, had a constant squeaking noise while driving and to top it all the tire pressure warning sign came on while returning late at night which was so stressful. It was a 2020 car but you wouldn’t believe it if you drove it. Thankfully it was just a one day rental but it was the most stressful one I have had.

Deion is absolutely amazing! As a fellow professional in Customer Service, a positive experience will always leave a lasting impression. He is definitely an asset to the Enterprise Team. He is personable and detailed oriented. Understandably, the Massachusetts Enterprise Market is short of inventory. However, I'm grateful that Deion and his team were able to get me into anything while my car is being serviced.

I called while on my way to the car shop to confirm they were meeting me…it seemed like they forgot. Even though they are pretty much across the street they were 30 minutes late to pick me up. The car I received was filthy. It literally smells like an animal lives in it. The steering wheel was sticky the pictures I provided are of the Clorox wipe that was provided and used just for the steering wheel and door panel!!! I’m disappointed and disgusted by the smell. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

The car I got was not cleaned. I had to clean it myself. There was dog hair covering the back seat and they were stained with what I have no idea. I would not but my grandkids back there. The whole car was dirty. The seats were not comfortable at all. I turned on my Bluetooth to Be safe and I couldn't hear my GPS thru it just calls. So I had to keep my phone close so I could See it. The only good thing about the car I had is the air conditioner worked great other then that nothing else.

Terrible service, I booked the car 14 days in advance, arriving to pick up the car, they didn't have the car booked. They tried to pass me another lower car for a higher value. I did not accept and gave a compatible car, but completely dirty, full of dog hair and smelling cigarette. I only accepted the car because I had a scheduled trip and could not wait to rent another car at another agency. I do not rent any more car in the Enterprise and do not recommend.

With two drivers in college and a third in high school, our need for vehicles is constantly changing. I know I can always reserve a car at Enterprise at the last minute, and they will have one ready to go. Always clean, always in great shape. If I need to extend the rental at the last minute, no problem. The staff is always courteous. I use and depend heavily on Enterprise, and I have never had a problem.

My renting experience was great. It was fast, the price was fair, the car was perfect for my needs and everything about the process was terrific. The people I have dealt with at the Westborough, MA location are all helpful, efficient, friendly and professional. I would go back to them any time I needed a rental. In fact, I went back to them for a second time this summer precisely because of the way they treated me the first time I rented from them. They are great.

Customer Service was excellent. We tried out a Chevy Tahoe. Wife really liked it and plan on purchasing it in the near future. The vehicle was very clean and very easy to pickup and drop off.
