Very disappointed on how my car was fixed. They left my left inside door handle all greasy and dirty. They left the power steering reseviour empty, they power steering was rough to turn after they replaced the power steering pump. This wasn't worth the time it took to fix and the price. I felt I got gipped!!! I had to call numerous times to see what was the status of the repair when they told me they would call and never did. Whoever was the technician who worked on my car did a poor job. Feels even worse then it came in. Never again am I taking it to this or any midas. Left me with a high bill and a bad after taste. 😡😡😡😠😠🤬🤬🤬

At 4:00 pm on a Saturday afternoon, just before heading 50 miles home, I found an enormous screw in my front tier. Midas was close, so I went there. Palmer Clare, branch manager, saved me from being stranded, as I was back on the road within an hour. The great workmanship, pleasant atmosphere, and professionalism was much appreciated! These people are legends. We hit a nasty bump on the drive to New York. Next thing we knew; we had a flat tire. We looked up the closest car repair shop and made our way to Midas. These guys were simply incredible. There were almost no warehouses in the vicinity that had the correct tires in stock. The manager (Palmer) called a warehouse and negotiated for the guy to deliver them immediately. They promptly switched the tires and installed the new ones. I brought my wife's Lexus to have a flex pipe welded to the original exhaust a few months ago. The team at Midas was great and did a top notch job. When my mother's exhaust broke at almost the same location, I told her right away to bring it to Midas. I called them when they opened at 8am and she had the car towed in. They fixed in the same day and also gave a free multipoint inspection letting us know she also needs some brake work. Lifetime warranty on their welding! They were not high pressure at all on selling the other services. They even sent me a picture to help explain the answers to their questions. Fully transparency, I am very impressed!
