This is a tiny post office. However, it's a gem. The postmistress is efficient, patient and very helpful. She has always come up with the fastest and least expensive shipping option. Never been disappointed.

Rude and unfriendly customer service with the older woman who works here. If you’re local, I would recommend going to the Dexter post office if you want to be treated like a human being and get your business done efficiently. This place only takes cash or check which is outdated in this day and age IMO. At least take a debit card!

I dropped off a prepaid and labeled package. All I asked for was the USPS receipt that showed it had been scanned and entered into their system. Instead I was rudely told by a much older woman "I'll ship it and why don't you already have the tracking numbers at home?". This wasn't me lacking the tracking numbers, It was wanting proof that it had been scared and dropped off for eBay. Instead of scanning the label barcode as I had asked and done with 100's of other times with Ebay packages. She photo copied my label handed me the copy and told me that's all I needed and she was done helping me. In other words if you like to be mistreated by someone who doesn't know how to do their job or have a basic grasp of customer service please go here. If you like people who can help you and know what they're doing drive the extra 15 minutes to the Gateway Post Office.

No consistency in when my mail arrives!!! Super tired of seeing my packages out for delivery and not receiving them!!

Extremely poor, they make up rules that the post office didn't hand down, take your business to Dexter or Springfield.
