Absurdly abysmal customer service. I tried to get someone to help with something in a locked case, waited for almost 30 mins, I finally just left. I asked 4 different associates, and even tried calling customer service. The associates basically told me they didn't know anyone that had a key, and when I called customer service, it just rang and rang until it gave me a busy signal. I was passed by multiple associates while I was standing in front of the case, not a single one asked if I needed any help. I used to work at this store, and I never remember it being this bad. There is absolutely no excuse for this poor of customer service aside from terrible management. Absolutely hate coming to this store. Only ever do in emergencies, and even then, I try to go to literally anywhere else but here.

Never enough checkers I never go there unless I just have to. I tried to buy a $400 lawn mower nobody would help me I waited 20 minutes when they called overhead for someone. Then I went another time to buy an air conditioner cuz they said they had lots of them again I waited for someone to help me that never showed up. The place sucks. I don't mind saying this because they really don't seem to care. I talked to the same managed twice about it. Both were around $400 so they lost almost $800 in sales but it didn't bother her in the least.

We were in the day before they were about to have inventory. I've never seen so many employees on the floor and the store looking so good. lol. Wish it was that way all the time. I usually find what I need there and the prices are good. The employees are friendly, when you can find one.

Went to return the items that didn’t work for my need. The front door greeter (Allison) was very helpful and went above and beyond to ensure that I get the service and was happy to find that I am able to return the items. I will personally promote her for her exceptional service and customer focused approach to problem solving. She also demonstrated a good team work and rapport with her colleagues in figuring out very quickly how I can be helped best. This is a direct request to Walmart Supercenter’s GM to promote such dedicated employee. Her approach will influence people she will supervise a guide to serve customers. Very glad to meet Allison and experience her dedication to her work.

On non busy days ( Mondays are busy, Tuesdays not so busy and Thursdays too ) easy to find what I need. In this visit I was look for belts for pants and found a great deal...3 for the price of one

A bit busy as always but the employees are always friendly and efficient. Found everything I needed at a decent price. If I enjoyed shopping,which I don't,I would have given the Springfield Walmart 5 stars!

It's easy to nit pic all the inadequacies at Walmart. But the truth is, I shop their because it's super cheap and they have almost everything. So if I keep my expectations low on the problem solving side, I'm ok. Today everyone was pleasant. They had the item I needed and it was much less expensive then elsewhere.

This location does a very poor job of keeping shelves stocked throughout the day. Walking the grocery aisles or produce section at 5pm and finding no trace of most of the items I want to purchase is a surreal and disappointing experience. Also, the deli stops cooking at 6pm even though it's open 'till 8.

Don't use the bakery here. Despite multiple calls and making two separate orders and having them delete my first order and make a new order I didn't realize until I went to put candles on the cake. The cakes were wrong. 2 of 3. Also the front desk was rude and told me how could I want to ve repayed for cakes I used. Like I didn't have a choice I was mid party. Reaching the bakery after this incident was not doable.

Lots of products. They actually have a lot of cute little kid and baby clothes lately for a good price. They have a whole food section, clothes, crafts, electronics, toys , and so much more. Basically anything you're looking for. Prices are usually better then most places. Don't expect to get much help from staff. Everyone we have ever tried to talk to have always been rude and short with their answers. Doesnt matter what you try to talk to them about.
