Receive a nice greeting from one employee. Otherwise, no one available for help. Make sure the product matches the sale sign. Multiple products on a shelf and one or two might be on sale. Most items were overpriced for the quality. Basically a college dorm or first apartment grade items.

I had to ask for what I went there 4 But over all it was good I advise you 2 sign up with your email for the coupons They were able to find me and apply HUGE discounts beciae had so many coupons under my name Sorry no pics

Honey and I went to buy new bath towels and bed sheets. Selection was minimal at best. Not much in the way to choose from in sheets. Didn't buy. We wanted better quality bath towels. Super soft, plush, ones. Selection in the higher end towels was poor. Only a couple colors to choose from and no complete sets. My honey had her hear set on towels. So, she settled for 1 large white one. A couple generic hand towels and face towels. No sheets. Got up to the check out with several separate items. Girl rang us up, took our $$ then asked to help the next person in line. Had to ask for a bag then had to fill it ourselves. She seemed offended that I would dare to ask her to put my new items in a bag for me. I guess that was below her. Does anyone want to work and actually earn a living anymore?? Ultimately we gave our $$ to Macy's. More pricey. But the woman that helped us was in her late 50s and was absolutely not above puting our new items in a bag. Won't be doing BB&B again.

The employees were nice. But the signs were misleading. The employees couldn't tell us why we were not eligible for the $10 discount even though the total was over$100. They do have some really good hidden deals.

Love this place! Prices tend to be on the higher side, BUT..you can usually use more the one of their coupons at a time and they accept them regardless of the expiration date!

I called ahead to double check stock levels so I didn't waste a trip, as they were closing soon. The staff member who helped me was very helpful and she even placed the item on hold for me so I could just walk in and go to checkout. I've shopped here many times but the level of service offered this time without prompt was just so great, I had to leave a review.
