Great store. All of the workers there were super attentive and effective at reading the room and being helpful. I came here to pick up shoes for a wedding. I would definitely come here again for affordable, last minute pick me ups.

I needed to write this review after having the most wonderful interaction with a staff member by the name of Judy. She was so so sweet and helpful! She has the kindest demeanor and genuinely enjoys helping people. She located various tops and jumpsuits for me to try, and she also helped me order a pair of jeans that the store did not have in my size. It felt like I was shopping with a friend. I could’ve spent hours there (practically did) just to interact with her! The store was maintained beautifully and the other staff I came across in the women’s/young adult section were also very friendly. Thank you Judy for making my day!

Best customer service we've ever experienced, We had a small fashion show yesterday and they made it it easier for us, well organized. We will never forget the courtesy, thoughtfulness and professionalism of their team.

I came to the store as a last minute search for a wedding guest dress. Judy is such a gem, she helped search and got me a beautiful dress. 😊. She went over and above checking all the racks for something that i loved and also fitted me well. Above all she helped match the dress with some lovely shoes and a clutch bag. She assists with a smile and encouragement. Thank You Judy.

I "LOVE" to shop at "MACY'S"! They always have a fabulous selection of (clothing, jewelry, shoes, active wear, house accessories/furniture) and on this particular day I came in, a young male student helped me find a beautiful "precious metals" coin bracelet of which I purchased. He provided excellent customer service, graced with a smile!

Kristine was awesome and very helpful! She went far and above to service me and find what I was looking for. It was very busy and her service was kind and she did not show being under stress! She acknowledged those waiting too. Can't say enough on her behalf.

The worst of what consumers have come to expect from department store annoyances which are scarce or entirely non-existent when shopping on Amazon. Sorry but criticism goes where criticism is due the same as respect where respect goes. The trigger for the one star is due to Jewelry departments inappropriate relationship with the line that indicates whether a practice is considered false advertising is not. They're currently displaying prices as they are after multiple "sales and specials" deductions that each involve satisfying their own prerequisites- one being that you open a freaking store credit card. I mean.. seriously? Just display the original price! Companies should realize that the joy of a sale is ruined by such practices as "Sale! Prices as tagged!" Especially when it turns out that the sale price still has conditions. Especially if said conditions are guaranteed to negatively affect your credit score!

the tracking is disgusting! the sellers are all gone no one knows anything they can’t send them where you want go with the goods I don’t help pay no one can even find things it’s not possible to solve problems we can’t solve an order you make a suit for a wedding they ordered a month went by and still came the wrong size we I’m just shocked by this attitude now we are waiting for the 2nd order for a month and every day for 2 3 days they push back why it’s not serious it’s just not responsible in front of me an elderly woman was also looking for her on the Internet to look for this help? want to come to you.The main ones who are in the store understand that it’s not so serious to work and then the stores close and do not exist.

Mind blowing. Granted, I went in an hour before close, hoping to avoid the crowd but expecting a limited chance of getting help with a suit. I also know covid has made things rough. But I also expect to at least be acknowledged for existing. I had to chase the clerk down, who was then willing to point out the obvious to me (that the jacket I was looking at was charcoal grey, which is what I wanted). Then she disappeared. I had to interrupt her from counting the till to find out when I might be able to get reasonable help. She told me "in the morning," which doesn't fit my schedule. I tried on 2 jackets, both were great, but couldn't try on any pants because the fitting rooms were blocked by huge tracks of clothes so I couldn't fend for myself either. A clerk from another department was able to tell me more specifically when i could get help, but it would be the same lady, so, no. The woman at the fragrance counter was more willing to help as I walked by than the lady in the suit department. The store was wrecked, and I'm being actively ignored. If I were the stealing kind, it was a perfect opportunity, but I'm not. Instead, the very easy $350 that was trying to jump out of my wallet, which they could have added to the till, left with me. Here's a suggestion if you're too busy to help someone or their timing is bad: acknowledge they exist, provide some basic directions toward what the came for, and tell them when they can get decent help. You don't have to apologize for the reality of the situation, just provide the bare minimum of customer acknowledgement and help. I also had to put something in my ears to block out the insidious, vapid top 40 bs music that was just a little too loud to think over, in order to not pass to the next level of frustration.
