1. Cashier didnt offer bag fo merchandise 2 feeling rushed i accidently dropped $40 3.went back inside told it will take time 4 its been 45 min. Nothing. Was done 5. I called not one answered ph. I think they could care less

Worse customer service!! Asked about their return policy on an air mattress and the associate said he didn't know, put me on hold, came back on the phone and told me it depends on the brand name, I told him who the manufacturer was and he said he didn't know and told me to look up store policy on the website. I then asked to speak to a manager to see if they could tell me the policy and all I heard was a dial tone. Train your employees!!

I’m so tired of waiting 25 minutes in the parking lot for our pick up orders only for stuff to be missing most of the time, my wife just spent 20 minutes on the phone talking to the manager asking what happened with NINE items missing from our order, now she has to go back to the store as they gave the items to someone else! This is ridiculous and happens way too often! Been holding off on saying anything but they need to get their act together! We are charged ever time for the missing items! Target managers: train your staff properly! This is so wrong and borders on racketeering, I’m about to report this to the authorities, keeps happening too many times, I can’t believe they think they can get away with this totally illegal behavior.

Your store music is annoying and makes me want to leave the store. Many of your shoppers actually hate the music playing. It is too upbeat and loud and doesn't appeal to all your shoppers as a whole.

Target (Visalia North) N. Dinuba Blvd, I came in with a $15 gift card from 🎄 Christmas & so I decided to get something for dinner. 1 Frozen 🍕 Pizza & 1 bag of Potatoes Chips & a 2 litter of Coke total was $10.75 & I was still left with $4.25 on my gift card ya! 😃👍 & I really didn't know that there was a "Disney Store" inside 😲 OMG! & WOW! It's so Awesome & Amazing!!! To see everything Disney & the whole set up is so great! & I really did enjoy the "Toy Department" with so much cool toys for 👦 boys & 👧 girls & even the adults (big kids at ❤ heart) with some "collectables"! & don't forget all of the other departments with so much other stuff!!! Thank you Target for making my evening & also for my dinner! 💯%+ & ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐'s

This store has wasted so much of my time. Their app never coincides with what they have in stock. Have driven there multiple times because the app states that they have 7 available items. I get there and the associate tells me they haven’t gotten the item I’m asking about for weeks. Target, get it together!!!!

I was so surprised on how disrespectful the staff was and unhelpful. Don't ask to be checked out even if the light is on. Don't let the machine on self check out buzz something wrong because the pregnant lady will roll her eyes and tell you to wait while she helps 8 people who were behind u before calling a manager who was just completely rude and laughed and talked about us to other customers and associates. I come to target for customer service and I spend alot of money to be treated like a 2nd class citizen. Sorry I wasn't wearing designer clothes and did not look like I belonged.

By far the fastest curbside pick up I've ever experienced. The Target associate was very friendly and greeted us with a smile.

One of the better stores in Visalia. Love going there as its always clean and staff is working hard to be there if something is needed. The CVS pharmacy is also conveniently located in the store and it usually takes me only 30 minutes to fill in my prescription while shopping there. Restrooms are always clean, too.

Completely disgusted with Target. Dawn dish soap cap is broken and it was bagged with thermal shirts and a few other items. I have a puddle of dish soap in my trunk. The target bag is completely covered in dish soap. While I am able to rinse most of the items covered in dish soap, I will return the dish soap soaked thermals if they don't fit my son. Do better Target. I'm not buying "we're under staffed". That is not a reason for your employees to package our items carelessly. I suggest to anyone using the contactless drive up service at Target, to get out of your car and check over your items before you leave their parking lot. You could have 50 cent bowls in lieu of $5 bowls you purchased (another incident with Target).
