I refuse to go to the Walmart where I live; however I will drive an hour and a half to go the Walmart in Eagle Point. Aesthetically pleasing and sometimes there's a cowboy that will lasso a thief.

But as with all Walmarts if you are used to shopping at one finding what you need in another may prove challenging. This Walmart has two small self checkout areas on either end of the checkout zone plus single lane self checkouts in the middle.

Update: this store is still great but I've switched to using nothing but online pickup. I simply order what I want, and wait in my car in the parking lot when it's ready and they load it up for me. The best part about it is that nine times out of ten, they give me free stuff! It's nice when I get home and I order one case of Pepsi but I get three. Or when I ask for something cheap but they substitute it with something over three times the price!! I've saved so much money this year and yet despite telling them, they just say keep it, or just promise to look into it.

Well don't come in on a Monday after a weekend, shelves were empty and it's not the first time the prices marked on the shelves are not what is being rung up at check out. Disappointing, especially when you are watching your dollars.

Everything was clean and well organized except restroom. It’s them it’s us customers. I don’t understand how people make this kind of places disgusting in a irrespecful way. That aint make sense. Try to be more nice with public places

Went in to buy a beard trimmer, which were understandably locked up. Asked a nearby employee for help so I could get one and they explained that they were busy so it might be a bit. Okay, no problem. I go back by the case and wait, and wait, and wait. Nothing. Press the "Call for Associate" button and wait, and wait, and wait. Nothing. Press the button again after a time and patiently waited a bit longer, but still not a single employee appeared so I could make a purchase. Got sick of waiting for apparently no one to assist me and finally left after 30 minutes. Awful customer service.

My mom, daughter and I were in there yesterday, my daughter and my mom went over to the beauty section while I finished shopping, after about 10 minutes they come back and tell me " we waited for a few minutes and then asked for help and were then told be back in a minute" as the lady was talking to another customer with a baby. They waited a couple more minutes then came back to me in the produce section and told me what happened. We then all walked back to the beauty section, I loudly asked for help, with no response, so my daughter and I walked back to the check stands, asked the lady (in a yellow vest) at the self checkout and was told to go to customer service, as we was walking up to customer service I saw three employees (all in yellow vests) standing there talking so I loudly ask them as I walk up and point backwards if I could get help at the beauty section and the exact lady who had told my mom and daughter to wait a minute turns around and says the same thing to me, I loudly say ok and walk back to the beauty section, stood there for about 2 minutes before the lady walked up and finally helped us, she then walks back to the front of the store with us to check out, as I'm looking for a low lined self check out, she tells me she can help me at register 2 but I tell her no thanks as I'm already irritated with how I had to walk all the way back up to the front of the store just to get her in the first place. As we waiting to check out we look over at the room by customer service and see 3 employees flipping off and making gun motions at the camera. I'm getting more and more disappointed each time I go into this Walmart.

What can I say about Walmart? It is what it is. The customer service is sometimes pretty good, sometimes not as good. But, they have pretty cheap prices, and a good part of the time, they have the items that you want in stock. Like I said, it's kind of a mixed bag. But I'm glad Walmart's around.. It helps our quality of life in many ways.
