horrible business. Gresham Location closed. The corporate office won't return any phone calls. My Gf has a Memebership and free Messages but the Location closing made it so she can't use her Un used Nessages in her membership. No body is calling back to provide information on such. so we just lose on our Memebership/Free massages because the owner of that Franchise can't keep his business straight. Horrible problem to have for no reason.

I scheduled an appointment three weeks ago. I showed up for my scheduled appointment, on time, and was told that the appointment had been given to someone else. I was then made to wait while they called the person who had been scheduled AFTER I HAD MADE THE APPOINTMENT IN PERSON. The person said they would be coming late. Instead of rescheduling the person who didn't originally have the appointment and was already late, they told me that I would have to be rescheduled and then started working on scheduling me without asking what my availability was... they were literally standing there talking about me like I wasn't even there. I had to ask twice about what days and times they were looking at before I was even acknowledged. The whole experience was just extremely disrespectful, handled totally unprofessionally, and I was treated like trash instead of a valued client. This place is awful and I will never, EVER go back. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere that understands that a business needs to be run professionally instead of putting children in charge.

I called to check on my appointment for this week and got a message that they were closed indefinitely. This of course concerned me making me wonder what is going on, are they going out of business? I called around to another Massage Envy and got a message that they were also closed but this on gave the reason why that it is due to the air quality. That is fine but I feel this location (Clackamas) does not do a good job communicating with there customers. During the start of COVID I feel we should have got an email, letter or phone call to let us make a decision to keep paying the monthly fee or to suspend it. They just kept taking our money without even knowing when we would get our massages. My massages are great the cleanliness is great. The staff turn over is very bad there. They also took away the water container even before COVID it was broken. They use to tell you how important it was to drink water and bring it to you and I understand that COVID is the reason for this but now they don't even tell you to make sure to drink plenty of water after your massage. It is like COVID is an excuse to have bad customer service now.

Terrible communication. No one went over the cancellation fee and charged 50% to reschedule for over a month later. Rachel the manager is rude and awful. All the front desk staff have nasty attitudes. Switching to massage elements. Strongly recommend you do not waste your time or money here. They start appointments late then cut you off early. Worst decision I ever made coming to this location.

Very nice and welcoming staff and VERY GOOD massage's! In my opinion Jared is the one you should go to for the best massage's, and I also believe that he has the best communication out of any of the other massage artists! I would recommend this place to any of my friends 10/10

Massage therapist are good and strong but it is hard to make appointment wih my schedule. It's fine. The receptionist who is tall and yellowish curly hair had mistake for making my appointments. I spent more than an hour for round trip for one hour massage session . She said sorry like rudely. Because she made my appointment for today than i heard that i don't have an appointment. English is my second language. I felt like a racism. So disappointed with customer service. More more not satisfy with front desk staff... that's why I canceled membership again today.

This place was in tip top shape when Taylor was running the show. She was always very helpful to anything I needed, and the atmosphere was very uplifting and cheerful. Recently during a visit here, I was informed Taylor is no longer with the company. I don't find it to be a coincidence that I had to wait over an hour for an appointment that I scheduled in advance, that the room was a terrible mess and the associates were of very little help with my concerns. I will be taking my business to hand and stone after my last encounter.

This was my first massage ever, so I had little idea of what to expect. The place was clean and welcoming, and the prices for a first-timer were more than fair. My therapist was very kind, professional, and friendly. She seem to be very qualified to do her job. With that said though, I didn't terribly enjoy the massage. I don't know if that was just me, or the therapist, or a combination of both, but I didn't get the ultra relaxing amazing experience that all of my friends massage enthusiast friends described. if you've not been there before, I would recommend going, as it seems to be a good, clean, reputable establishment that does a good job.

The are kind and respectful. The place is kept clean and the atmosphere is calming. They give wonderful massages. However they did double book Quite often and had to cancel and rearrange my sessions frequently. Which was unprofessional and disappointing. they did give me a free foot scrub for having to reschedule it every time they Messed up and double booked. I like this place a lbut it was hard to cancel my membership. I gave a my notice of ending my membership in the way they Instructed me to but they kept Charging my credit card as if I never canceled. It was a real battle to make it stop.
