I brought my car in for an oil change then when I got home I had a software update that destroyed my radio I brought my car back to the dealer to see what was wrong. They told me I needed a new radio for my 2021 Arcadia. Not only do I have to wait for weeks for a radio they put a huge dent in my front drivers aide panel. I could not be more disappointed. They have said they would fix it but I don’t have much confidence in this service center anymore.

You mail me coupons for a $50 oil change then attempt to charge me $71. This is an issue. I told the rep this is the second time this has happened. She gave me $20 off. Still not the price you are advertising. I am currently seeking an alternative place to have my car serviced in the future.

I have had a decent amount of new car purchase experiences, but this once has far exceeded them all. Blake Rogers-Monteiro was my initial contact regarding a 2022 Yukon and he walked me all the way through the sales process and made the experience top notch! He was extremely thorough in educating my wife and I on the new vehicle capabilities when we picked it up. Blake and his General Sales Manager, Damian, were nothing short of awesome to work with!! Damian took the time to help me make the best financial decision. Damian even installed our license plates while Blake gave us a tour of the dealership when we came to pick up the vehicle. How many GSM's do that? None that I have ever seen. These guys run the dealership in a true team fashion, and I would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a vehicle! A+ purchase and experience with Alden Buick GMC!
