Always a pleasure to visit the service department. The staff are pleasant and they get the job done in a reasonable amount of time. The waiting room is really comfortable clean and nice and the complimentary coffee/water is a great bonus.

Wendell always makes me feel like I am being taken care of. He honestly tries his best for me. I unfortunately have an issue with my 2019 Chevy Blazer that has been noticed several months after I purchased it from Prime Chevy in Hyannis Ma. The Prime dealership can't even care enough to return my phone calls let alone help me. Wendell at Cerrone's Car dealership took me right in as if I bought the car from them and they have been trying to find out what the issue is. I feel like my transmission is slipping and it only happens periodically, so Corrine can not figure out the problem. I have reached out to GM and it is noted on my history but I still don't have much resolve in this matter. I am beside myself with this because whenever I try to get it fixed I am told that if they can't experience the problem, they can't fix it and to bring it in when it acts up enough for them to experience it? I am afraid that it will go out of warranty and then I'm stuck paying for the LARGE bill! I wish GM would help me in some way.

Gave 2 stars because I don't want to base my review solely on my most recent visit as I have been a LOYAL customer of Cerrone and have even sent friends and family to buy cars there. I bought my last cars at Cerrone and I brought my boyfriend there to get his car as well. I went there a few weeks ago and was very interested in a specific vehicle. They also didn't have much to choose from. I was extremely disappointed as I felt they weren't trying to help me out in any way, they offered me pennies basically for my trade in because of a couple scratches. I also have seen the car I was interested in, in many other places for thousands less so I found that they are just asking for way too much and only care 100% about making as much profit as possible rather than helping out a loyal client, I wasn't asking for a free car just some room to breathe. So I went on to another dealership and I was extremely happy with the customer service and how hard they worked to get me wanted I wanted..Balise Honda now has a new loyal client!!!

I was delighted to find the car I was looking for (a Bolt EV), and the people at the dealership were helpful. I appreciated the lack of hard salesmanship: no one tried to upsell us on anything, and the extended warrantee coverage conversation was pleasantly low-key. That said, the $600 of document prep and "car preparation" fees are ridiculous -- particularly since you can't even do the safety inspection -- and are why I would not recommend the dealership. I was looking for a very hard to find car, which is why I accepted them, but really??

I enjoyed looking at the Aquarium while waiting for my car to get finished in service, and the Cars in the showroom. Staff there was friendly, and My vehicle was completed on time. I had a great visit, and enjoyed the available refreshments in your waiting lounge.

Great experience! Gary was so helpful. The only thing that was a little tough was waiting for the vehicle and not knowing what day it would come in, due to the car shortage which clearly is a problem everywhere, not just with Chevy. So far I love the car, it’s my first Chevy and I’m happy with the purchase.

Overall a poor non-buying experience from a family of loyal Chevrolet customers. Upon arriving, the experience felt very transactional. I felt like a sheep being herded as opposed to a consultant who is advising. No formal introductions were exchanged. To me, the sales person saw dollar signs and it felt very impersonal - which quickly builds distrust and hesitancy (as it should with most consumers). I will explore other dealerships who I can build a working relationship with. I’m not buying a Big Mac from McDonalds; this is a multi year purchase that needs to be handled appropriately and fairly. For those reading this, please remain diligent when transacting with these type of businesses.

Great experience!! Gill the manager and Bill were awesome! they made me feel very comfortable. I had been looking for a Chevy Camaro for a while, they gave me the best deal. I am very happy with my purchase. They were able to drive the car to my place which was extremely helpful!!. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend this dealership!! Thank You Guys!!!
