Lannan of Lowell was a pleasure to do business with. After a horrible experience at another dealership I went to Lannan ofLowell looking for truck. I happened to meet Chris Heath who is one of the salesman and he made the process extremely easy. I will say that unlike a lot of other salesman he didn’t push us or try and sell us anything, but let us figure out exactly the right truck for our needs. I ended up with a certified 2020 Chevy Silverado RST. The truck had everything I could possibly need and more. They worked with me to give me a couple of add ins and it was greatly appreciated. I urge anyone looking for a new vehicle to go by Lannan of Lowell and see Chris and crew, you will not be disappointed!

Steven Alterio was the most helpful and honest salesman I have ever had the pleasure of working with! He went out of his way many times to make sure I got the car I wanted, and in a timely manner. I would highly recommend working with him to anyone in the area, the whole process could not have gone smoother. The sales manager (Anthony I believe his name was) was also incredibly nice and knew who I was every time I walked into the dealership. Can’t say enough good things about the team working here!!

I had my 2014 Camaro 1LE in for lifter service and I couldn't be happier. My service advisor kept me informed every step of the way! I had my car towed in on a Monday with the expectation it wouldn't get looked at till Friday and I heard from them first thing on Wednesday with a diagnosis. My repair involved major engine work and they got it done very timely and for less than I was quoted. I'm very happy I chose this dealer.

Buying from Lannan Chevrolet was as smooth as I could have hoped for. My salesman Joe Moriaty was great. It is a weird time purchasing a vehicle as there aren't many vehicles on the lot and my 2500HD was no exception. I put a deposit down on a truck I liked, using window sticker as my guide, and the wait for delivery began. Joe was great, he called every other Friday to check in with me and never gave me any b/s dates for delivery. He told me it would be awhile and in fact it took a couple months. Chevrolet offered a $500 bonus & also a $500 military bonus which was great. I financed through Lannan and got a great rate through a local credit union. I love the truck and Lannan, especially Joe, were great to deal with.

I’m sure buying a car there isn’t bad but whoever runs the collision center should be absolutely ashamed of themselves, and whoever hired them should be more ashamed. I brought an SUV here after an accident to the drivers side expecting maybe a couple new doors and a fender, they managed to (I’m assuming bondo everything) and resprayed that side (all orange pealed, dimpled, ect.. looks like my four year old did it. We brought it back and wanted it fixed, they wet sanded it (which only made it look worse) now this time scratched. Finally I said F it. Brought it to my friends detailing business and told me to never go here again. Oh and thanks for the over spray

Blaine was absolutely amazing from start to finish. I never had so much fun buying a new car at a dealership before. (Never thought i would ever say that). My wife and I were blown away by the level of service we receieved. The GM even introduced himself to me and made it an extremely inviting atmosphere that i forgot i was even at a dealership. When it came to signing papers, the finance manager was extremely thorough and helpful. Staff members here are on a whole other level. If you are thinking of buying a new or used car- i beg you to come to Nucar Lannan in Lowell!!!
