Employees are friendly and the store is clean. They have a lot of different styles for all body shapes and sizes. Bonus they even have kids clothes.

Will never shop at the plain street location again I do not need to be insulted by a worker of the store when I ask for a specific item and then to be told that fat people can't wear there brands of clothing that is highly unacceptable

Clothes prices great 😁. customer service POOR. Went in to do a online order return and had to wait till she was done she was texting☹️. They closed the dressing rooms down at 8:30 so clothes I wanted to try on i couldn't so I left empty handed and that's a first. They should allow you to take more than three items in you have to try everything on get dressed take them out and get 3 more. They should have mirrors in the store so you don't need to go into a dressing room to try on a simple jacket.girls behind the register talking among themselves in a different language while they have a line full of people.. makes you wonder if they were talking about you cuz we were all looking at each other just waiting for them to finish their conversation sorry to inconvenience you ladies

Rainbow on Plain St in Lowell, ma. OMG the manager was absolutely disrespect and rude all because she was having a bad day and did not want to do her job. I tried to be friendly by the Marie (manager) the changes in the place are very nice and her response we're extremely rude.

I went to this store yesterday and had a good amount of clothes that I wanted to buy and I asked to use the fitting room and they said it was closed. When I first got into the store a lady got to go in there... but when I asked politely a worker said it was “closed” the lady who said was very rude so we asked to talk to the manger and once again very rudely she said she was the manger and we said we were going to call her boss and then other coworkers all very rudely said “go ahead” me and my mother felt attacked. I don’t know about anyone else but I’m not going to buy any clothing without trying it on first so I walked to the register put all my items up and left, I would have nicely put them back on my own if they weren’t so rude to me and my mother. Definitely never going to this store again...

Had bought several times in this location. Last Saturday I had no time to try on some clothes and for this reason I asked specifically for the return policy. I was informed that within 7 days + the receipt I could be able to return it. Today (day 6) I went by to exchange some items and was told ( RUDELY ) that I can’t return one of the items ( bodysuit ). Extremely rude cashier/manager. Was wrongly informed and had the worse customer service ever.

Rainbows is a great clothing store, they have so many Styles to choose from. I am never disappointed when shopping there. They always have what I'm looking for and the prices are reasonable.

They're very friendly & helpful to the Spanish ppl shopping there, while I cannot get help, get an attitude when asking for help & get no "did you find everything ok?" I love this place. The prices are great. I find the plus sizes modern and up to date. You must go twice a week as stock is added daily. I live for their summer jumpsuits which I purchase annually. Give it a try, but be sure to have time to spare, not a place to rush. I am a mature woman, and I receive constant compliments on the items I brought from Rainbow/579. I must for me. The staff know me well and are always happy to see me!
