Why is it these places always have the worst customer service. I called to see if they were open for customers yet. Due to Covid-19 stores have not been fully opened. Some you have to order ahead and just pick-up only from the stores. I was trying to ask her what are the restrictions and she barely gave an answer. When I told her why I was calling she just said, "Okay". Nothing more. Just silence after that. I would think you would be warm and welcoming to potential customers especially during this time as you want to have revenue coming in after months without sales.

This store needs some extra space... They lack a dressing room and it's very congested. I walked into two employees gossiping about a females adult activities. They didn't even lower their volume while I shopped. As far as rainbows clothing styles this is a go to favorite because I can get a lot for my money and look amazing... From under garments to accessories you're guaranteed to come out with a cute outfit for the night or a business outfit for a professional setting...

My experience was great there today seems like alot has changed and for the good I mean. New employees with great attitudes, very friendly, very welcoming providing great customer service. I was so pleased. I will make sure I come by more often now since so much has changed. I noticed the difference right away so much that I asked if things had changed and they said yes alot well I must say I'm very happy with the change and I hope you all hear about this.
